The location was amazing. I appreciated the valet parking. It was well worth the added cost. I knew my vehicle was safe and secure. Staff was amazing. Breakfast, while busy was very good. Hot, fresh, yummy. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The surprise added taxes that Booking.com didn't tell me about was a huge issue. I hadn't budgeted for an additional nearly $600. When looking at invoice it told me "total " price. I should not have had to click another button to get a breakdown where I'd need to add in extra taxes myself. Total should be total.

The hotel is very well situated and the works close to it did not affect us at all. The room was big and well structured, clean and the insonorisation was good. The air conditioning was not noisy, in comparison to other hotels we stayed during our trip. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. Big TV screen and modern facilities. The kitchen was well equiped, though we didn't use it. The breakfast was also good but basic.

Nothing we can think of! It was a pleasant stay and we iwshed we could have stayed longer in this hotel.

great breakfast with variety of options to choose from, also the takeout coffee is great! perfect location and easy to walk everywhere room was clean and ready even before the checkin time

The sofa bed is terrible and I don't recommend using it for more than one night, not to mention the price of the sofa bed There is a lot of noise from the elevator if you are staying in the upper floors (stayed in 21st floor) and avoid to stay in the room right opposite the elevator as it is even more intense (had to move rooms because of that)

location

No availability of free parking and charging even for a small water bottle of Aquafina( 3.5 dollars each). At least hotel can provide two bottles of water free on arrival. Guests arrive tired and dehydrated and they are supposed to use water in the room. It shows mentality of profit making. when you have invested so much in this property, what’s the problem in providing 1 litre of free water !!! only for once on arrival !! hotel is situated on the land of maximum fresh water per capita in the world, not in some desert.

Extremely comfortable location for visiting the Toronto city. Walking distance from tower, center, restaurants would advise to people that want to feel the city vibes. Clean rooms and cozy arrangement Helpfull personel.

quality of breakfast and the lack of changes. 4 days the same average things with not enough taste would definately ask for something more tastefull also...breakfast during the weekend was poor comparing to everyday week days.....that was not nice

The location was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the main sightseeing spots in Toronto. You can literally walk to the major spots within 20 minutes. Taxis are available outside the hotel. There are plenty of eating houses around the location. We were looking for Indian food. One restaurant was next door and the other was about 100 metres away. The room size and facilities were as expected. There was a kitchenette with fridge, utensils and electric hob. Breakfast was good. We learnt that Mariott Residence Inn had a standard breakfast. It was the same in Mariott Residence Inn Vancouver where we stayed immediately after staying in Toronto. Staff was helpful and friendly. Each of them enjoyed interacting with people. We wanted to go to see Niagra Falls. Juliana in the reception helped us in organising the visit. We were picked up from the hotel.

The hotel does not have any restaurants or room service. It is a simple hotel. Not having a restaurant is not a drawback because of so many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

Loved the valet service. The free breakfast was good with a variety of options. I liked having the kitchenette in the suite and laundry services on the same floor. The hotel is central to attractions and transit, too. Overall, good option for the price.

Elevators were a bit of a wait, especially because one elevator was down. Overall, suite was clean but some areas could've been better. For instance shower head was dirty, closet door was off track and curtains came loose from rod a little.

Randolph at the bar was awesome! We went back on our second night very much looking forward to chatting with him. Breakfast was wonderful. Arrive early or the line is long. Our room was really great. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable, but it was good enough for the kids.

I thought I booked the room in Canadian currency, but it was US currency, so the price of the room was much higher than I anticipated. This could be clearer on the website. No fault of the hotel though. Hotel valet-only parking was full when we arrived - we self-parked in the garage next door, which turned out really easy and much cheaper!

Location is great, quite close to CN Tower, the stadium, and many other landmarks of the downtown and waterfront. Staff (reception desk) were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite complete (fruit, yogurt, coffee, eggs, toasts, etc.).

The room for three people (bed + couch) was not big enough. Moreover, we had to ask the staff to get the third bed ready (I think they didn't do it in advance because that would have shown the room even smaller). The lavatory outside the bathroom was not convenient given that format either. People who served breakfast were mostly not nice.

Breakfasts were great. It was very busy but everything ran smoothly. Even when there was a line up waiting for seating, it moved quickly. We were on the 19th floor, didn't hear a sound from outside or neighbouring rooms. Close to the Rogers Center, short walk.

Had no complaints about the hotel. Would have liked the rates to be a little less, but this is downtown Toronto!
