The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. Very close to CN Tower, to Rogers Centre, to Union Station, the harbour, etc. Our room had a wonderful view, it was beautiful both during the day as well as at night. Breakfast was included, and they give you a card which you must show to the waiter each morning (the gratuity should have been included, according to this card, but we were charged a separate gratuity for each breakfast anyway?...). The buffet was ok, not a lot of and some odd options (cereals in boxes), but there was always lots of fruit. Kind staff

Although we were asked if we wanted to skip housekeeping, as "they are trying to go green" as the gentleman at the reception said, we were surprised to find, when we ordered room-service one night after a long excursion, that everything came in boxes made of carton and plastic, with plastic cutlery and plastic wrapping the cutlery, plastic bottle opener... why not normal plates and normal cutlery, we were eating in our room and not taking it out. What a waste of plastic, really... not green at all.

Close to local attractions and close to highways to leave for other places nearby

Waiting a long time for elevators, too many guests and stopping off on each floor all the way up was a real pain. The kids in the pool at 10:00pm to 11:00pm when it’s only supposed to be adults. Need more signs up about this!!! There were a few different families who disobeyed the rules both nights and having toddlers screaming at me and 12 years olds splashing me in the face the whole time was very disappointing. The air conditioner was plugged when we first got to our room and the room was incredibly hot for hours. I had to ask for a fan until maintenance came and unclogged it.

The hotel reception were friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub were nice when able to use. Centrally located in the financial district. Lots of amenities near by.

The time slots allotted for the pool were full when we got there but somehow they could make room once I made a fuss since it was the only reason we booked this hotel. Never anymore than 24 which was stated on there sign for max capacity. Parking was ridiculous with no in and out privileges either $48 for the night. Room was clean but not checked well for items left behind. Found glasses from previous guests. I would stay here again but I feel for the price they are charging for the night at $425 with the parking and not all amenities readily or easily useable it made it kind of a rip off. Again you are paying for the location here.

Upon arrival you walk into a beautifully scented aesthetically pleasing lobby. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the Scotia Bank Arena and the Roger’s Center as well as the CN Tower. There are an incredible number of restaurants and cafe locations in the area. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is a late night menu as well. There is access to the train inside the hotel in case of bad weather; no need to go outside. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I was not able to stream my Prime Video onto the TV but apparently you can use the You Tube app. I was not able to and since I was tired I didn’t try.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, the location is amazing, the breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were awesome. I was happy to find that the room floors were laminate instead of carpet. The bathtub was also amazing.

The bed is made using a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet and it was really uncomfortable to feel all of the wrinkles while sleeping, since it wasn't a big enough sheet to stay tucked in. Please consider switching to fitted sheets or at least bigger flat sheets that can be tucked in at the top and bottom of the bed. Also we would have liked to see refill stations for filling water bottles. We went through a dozen bottles of water (which were complimentary and appreciated) and would have been happy to cut down on plastic waste.

I liked the breakfast buffet variety of choices. I loved the tower view from our room, it was stunning! The room was really clean and spacious for 3 people, and I loved how we got free water during our stay. Also, I loved the gym and their equipment. There was everything you need. It’s the only hotel that the gym has great adequate equipment.

I understand it could be busy and be short staff. However, I wish there were more waiter/waitresses during breakfast hours. We had to wait 15-20 mins to sign our bill. Or since our breakfast was included for the price we pay, I wished we could have leave after we finish.

The hotel is next to some major attractions the MTCC (my reason for choosing), but it is also close to Union Station, Sports Stadiums/Arenas, the Entertainment District, and so on. The room was great and comfortable. The view from my room was not the best, the train yard of Union Station (but, I didn't stay there for the view). Easy connexions to the MTCC and to Union Station.

the room decor was slightly dated, and perhaps more light or adjustable light in the bathroom (not bright enough to shave to, my opinion, and if I was a woman, it would be difficult to do makeup in that light).

I liked everything about this property, I had no complaints it was well worth the money paid to stay in a hotel that was so comfortable, with the friendliest staff and close to everything I wanted to see and do with pathways and connections to other areas. The room were very clean with excellent views and the facilities like pool and fitness centre were too tier! And breakfast buffet was delicious. I’m already planning my next trip and will definitely choose Delta again!

There is not a thing I could think of everything was excellent!

amazing staff that went above and beyond to accommodate requests. every member of the team at delta hotels was kind and helpful and fun to talk to. the staff was extremely professional yet friendly and approachable. the facilities were very well kept, the location was perfect, and the views of the CN tower and water were beautiful. even without these, I would stay here again just for the amazing staff and team. special thanks to Eric S, Ryan C, Matt G, Harold L, Sungho N, Andrew S and Patrick V. these individuals, amongst others, made my trip particularly great! they provided me great recommendations, conversation, and helped to accommodate requests while visiting Toronto.

Being in the center of town with direct access to Union Station made going around extremely easy. Visiting many landmarks were all in a walking distance and the harbor views from the mid~upper floors are fantastic.

Curtains can be a little hard to operate, it required some finesse to operate as it would get stuck on the rail. Shower door had a gap so water would splash out during shower making the floor wet.
