Cleaning, roon confortable and person atention

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, near to every major attraction, walkable distance, the room was very big, housekeeping was given every day, the food at the restaurant was good and the service was excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay and being able to walk around the city.

The air conditioning during the night was shut down, but other than that there aren't major complaints.

I liked the location. It’s just a few feet from the CN Tower and Aquarium. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and the water isn’t a far walk away. There is also a frig in the room.

There was construction early in the morning that completely ruined my sleep. I was able to get moved to another room but after being there for a few days and then moving that’s a headache. They should’ve originally placed us in a room away from the noise knowing that construction was scheduled. I also didn’t like there wasn’t a microwave nor a common area that had one. It encourages you to waste a lot of food. Paying for parking also annoys me. If you’re staying somewhere the parking should just be included in the price so at least we feel like it’s free.

This is a perfect hotel if you have an overnight layover in Toronto and want to get into the city but don't want to travel to far. This hotel is easily accessible from the UP express (only a 5 minute walk through the path and outside) and was easy to find with the signage outside. Checkin and out was a smooth process and our room was very clean and comfortable.

We arrived late at night and when we arrived to our room, we realized it was not the room we had booked. We had got a Booking.com free upgrade to a King bed suite and we were initially placed in a double bed room. I went back to the front desk and asked for the correct room which they eventually put us in, although not a big deal, this did take an extra 20-30 minutes to sort out once we arrived at the hotel and since it was late at night we were very tired.

Staff were exceptional and very helpful, easy to check in and check out the facility felt safe, even on game day with the extra security. One person in room went out to smoke and they felt safe there as well. I will book this hotel again for sure.

Cost of the food in restaurant, but we were close enough to get food and cold drinks from a store at a more reasonable price. I didn't like the Starbucks coffee but the tea was OK. Pool area is a bit dated and needs to be freshened up.

The room service was fast and the food warm but quality was a bit lacking. The chicken tacos were fantastic. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were perfect. A/C was right on! Liked the shower and the option of a directional spray or a rainfall type head. Everybody was really friendlyfrom housekeeping to front desk.

Wifi was intermittant. I was located on the far end of the hotel so maybe the Wifi signal was weak. Room service meals were not too exciting. Fast service and warm but the food was uninspiring. Convenient is about the best one could say.

The staff are wonderful. The rooms and specifically the beds are so comfortable. We often stay here when in Toronto. The location is ideal for access to everything - transit, great restaurants and local attractions and theatre.

My son asked for his room to have an overview of the Rogers Centre so they could see the progress on the renovations. The lights were on all night and they did not have black-out curtains making sleep difficult. The pool is great but needs a bit of TLC.

The location is super with all amenities

Queuing up for breakfast slot...it at times took long ( 20-25 minutes of waiting) especially fir us 6 persons family. Normally we rush out of bed to keep the 6- 11am breakfast time. When on holiday and you wake up as early as 9am for breakfast, you needn't queue up. Otherwise, once you get to the arranged table, it is excellent service...... I must say!!

Location and staff. The location cannot be beat - especially for a baseball weekend. We had tickets to Friday's ball game and then went to a reserved window seat for Saturdays; first game of the doubleheader! That was a fun and unique experience.

The hotel renovations look like they were hastily done - we have often stayed at this hotel and some renovations could be better. The pool was great but the furniture in the pool area is showing some wear and tear. When you are paying Toronto hotel rates excellence is the expectation.

We had tickets to the Blue Jays game and booked the hotel based on proximity to Rogers Centre. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel is part of the stadium! We had a club level room which was very nice, large, clean, updated, super comfy pillows and bed. It would be nice if the hours for Food and Bev. service were a bit longer. Nice breakfast.
