Excellent room and facilities. Clean, well set up, lots of room. Very good public transport to city and elsewhere. Train 300 m away, bus at door. Very easy trip from Hotel to Niagara. Prompt reply to my email queries.

Difficult to find front door, no reception, emailed directions to get in where not clear. Then long route March via 2 lifts and long corridors to room. Help phone line was in UK and needed a paid international call.

The size of the apartment was nice for a 1BR. The interior and furniture were nice and comfortable. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Lots of storage space. Absolutely loved the glass walls that let in so much sunshine and the big balcony! Very cozy yet spacious apartment. Shoppers Drug Market right next door was so convenient!

There was a weird smell to the apartment that came up after my first day. I couldn’t figure out what it was or where it was coming from. I stayed for 2 weeks and the fact there was no housekeeping was such a disappointment! I could’t figure out how to load the dishwasher with soap. Instructions would have been helpful. Google didn’t help and I ended up hand-washing the dishes. There needs to be a regular stock-up of items or a supply of stuff that’s enough for the amount of time one is staying. I ran out of garbage bags very early on during my stay.

The location was great. The staff were really helpful when I needed them - I had to isolate due to covid-19 and they were very accomodating with allowing me to extend my stay and bought me a care package as I was spending Christmas alone, a really thoughtful and helpful team. The property was very clean and had all the basic amenities supplied.

The property was difficult to access from a convenience point of view - it was on the top floor of the third block with several different access code points. Having said that, the view from the balcony was great.

Central location. Very clean. Comfy space. Has washer and dryer and dishwasher. Love the view from our terrace. The sonders guy was very helpful and friendly.

No front desk. Didn't realize it was all online and over the phone. We were lost on our way and didn't know who to talk to check in and the guy on the phone wasn't very helpful, didn't know how to guide us. He kept on saying there's a front desk for sonders, but we couldn't find any upon entering the building. A resident of the building let us in and told us the building has its own front desk (different from sonders) on 4th floor and the front desk lady called the guy working on site for sonders to help us.

The big windows with view to the railways and the city skyline. Having two bathrooms, storage spaces, beautiful design details, a small tv room and a well-equipwd kitchen. The building itself was modern, clean and felt very safe and welcoming, albeit a bit of a labyrinth. Having supermarkets & Winners at ground level and more eateries nearby. Tram stations right in front of the building and the gorgeous Liberty Village in the vecinity. Perfectly connected to downtown via public transport - so many advantages to an accomodation! Loved it.

One of the bathrooms wasn’t spotless clean. It was definitely cleaned before we arrived but some details like some strings of hair that didn’t belong to me on the clean towels kind of took the cherry off the cake for an otherwise seamless experience at Sonder The Liberty. My advice is to pay more attention while cleaning - the staff could wear bonnets while on the premises.

This was our first time booking a Sonder location and I was impressed. It is basically a blend between a hotel and an AirBnB, in a good way. The apartment was vary spacious and had every amenity you could need. The customer service was very good - the Sonder app is easy to use and they were very responsive and helpful. It was relatively affordable compared to other hotels in that area.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The "mattress" was very thin and something you'd throw on the floor if your out of town friends were visiting (and you didn't like them very much). I'd happily trade in the washer/dryer for a more comfortable mattress.

Great location, plenty of facilities for shopping for essentials and eating out just down the street (we recommend Brod bakery, it was delicious!). Also, the tram goes from outside to downtown (we walked downtown a few times so this can be done). The apartment had everything we needed including tea, kettle, hob, microwave, clothes washer (with a few detergent capsules) and drier, good range of crockery and utensils, big fridge and freezer. It was slightly complicated to get to the room from the foyer but if you read the Sonder guidance, it is not too hard but be prepared for some walking! The bed was large and comfortable and there was a wardrobe with several hangers provided, plus one in the hall.

Nothing really. It could be handy to have a separate bin in the kitchen for collecting recycling (as opposed to non-recyclable waste) prior to taking it down the corridor to the chute. Also, shampoo, hand soap and shower gel were provided in mini disposable bottles. Refillable larger dispensers would be good. I understand this is a key bit of the Sonder concept, and it worked well for us, but for potential future guests, be aware that all communication is via the Sonder chat app and I don't believe there are people on site who would be able to address any questions or queries. The balcony door was quite stiff and was initially concerned about breaking it but I suppose it needs to be a tight fit to prevent the heat getting out.

The Sonder apartment in liberty village in Toronto was great. A very well equipped studio apartment (almost 1br!) With full kitchen and washing/drying facility in the apartment. A lovely balcony to have your breakfast (or just chill). Served me wonderfully well for the week long conference in Toronto.

Nothing in particular. A/C was a little tired, but I didn't have the time to deal with it so I let it stay as it was.

The property was in an apartment complex with many young people who were all very helpful. There were two supermarkets close by, where we could buy everything we needed. (One sold wine, the other didn't.). We had no trouble getting to/from the airport to the property.

The apartment complex was far from the lakefront where our conference was held, so it was somewhat of a walk to and from the conference hotel. There didn't seem to be any really convenient publc transportation between the two sites.

Great location downtown Toronto, close to streetcar for CBD connection and a walk to the lake shore. The one bedroom apartment on the 17th floor was excellent, with two balconies, great kitchen and bathrooms + easy to use washing machine, dryer and dishwasher with excellent starter provisions for my 10 days work-related stay, including salt, pepper, olive oil, washing and dishwashing powder tablets, plenty of towels. Alison responded helpfully to my specific need for luggage storage as I arrived early morning before check-in, as well as length of stay adjustment due to flight changes. Most grateful for Luca's help in providing an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV screen to help my work with an online international conference, as well as aircon temperature adjustment and balcony access. I very much appreciated these face-to-face warm and personable interactions- huge thanks! I also appreciated the complimentary late checkout as my flight was in the evening.

The use of robots for inquiries/messages/help via the Sonder app was utterly frustrating. This was very time-consuming in comparison with making a call to hotel reception. Chat was lost many times as I tried to interact for help through 'lost connection' and it was not possible to revisit chats as they were lost each time.
