This is a really cool hotel in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. The main floor has a concert venue and we were able to obtain tickets for an East Coast Kitchen Party. Absolutely amazing time and completely unexpected. We will only stay here when we come back.
No TV in the room was a little odd at first as I’d never experienced it at any other hotel before. This said the wifi signal is great and we used our tablets to stream. Giving it some thought I completely understand why a hotel wouldn’t waist money on cable to each room.

The room was comfortable and clean with many modern features and lots of power outlets for the techies. You are right in the heart of Charlottetown within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are great value for the price. An overall pleasant 5 night stay.
The rooms are on the small side, but that's made clear up front, so we expected that. The only time it was an issue was when accessing the window side of the bed...it was a little bit of a tight squeeze.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant, the hotel was clean, and even better, it was centrally located. It was easy to walk to a bunch of cute shops, cafes, etc., in downtown Charlottetown. Beds were comfortable and the rain shower set-up was lovely.
If I had to say something, it was that while the lounge was clean and cute the coffee wasn't complimentary and the TVs were impossible to navigate or worked off the same control so you were accidentally switching the other tv with your control. So while the lounge was there, the amenities weren't terribly inviting.

Staff was very helpful, loved washroom design, AC worked great, internet was fast. Appreciated to have a desk in the room. Excellent location. Shared kitchen had a small fridge, electric kettle, a knife that I was able to open my raspberry cordial with! Laundry was coin operated and it cost $3 to wash and $3 to dry. They had ironing! You could buy a detergent from a vending machine.
It's hard to sleep in this hotel at least in peak season. I was fortunate to have a room away from the bar, so music was not bothering me, but the foot traffic was so high, I felt like I was at a train station. I was also close to the maintenance rooms, and the cleaning staff would start early. There was a gap under the door, so I think this problem can be mitigated by adding some soundproofness to the doors, so that when someone talks in the hallway, it doesn't feel like they are standing next to you.

Great location, nice, simple and comfortable rooms. It feels quite a bit like a hostel. I like the fact that there's a common area with amenities such as a coffee vending machine and laundry.
As mentioned in other reviews, the noise isolation is very poor. You can hear sounds from the shows that happen in the hotel restaurant and I think another venue nearby as well. The noise isolation from the hallway is quite poor as well, as you can hear other guests walking around or hear other rooms from the outside. Lastly, my room was located far away from the elevator which made the WiFi work very poorly, although if closer to the elevator or in the common area, it was quite fast. The staff tried to address the issue, which is commendable, but by the end of the day, I had a stay with a non working WiFi from my room.

The AC was quiet and strong! The Reception staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is GREAT. Lots of nice restaurants within steps. The interior design is nice and new. I never watch the TV and I rarely use the fridge when I stay at a hotel so this was perfect for me as both were eliminated. Highly recommended!
The room design is aesthetically pleasing but a lot has been compromised for the looks. The half-open shower cubicle doesn't stop water from splashing out during shower. Lots of towels were used to dry the floor after each use. There's also no closet or any storage space. There's no place for personal items and clothes to say organized and I had to lay them all on the very small desk provided. It's disappointing that no free coffee/ tea was provided as most hotels do. If you want to drink coffee at the lounge area it costs $2 from the machine.

Great location! You can walk to lots of places downtown. Rooms are small, but clean. We didn't need to stay in the room, so this is a great jumping off spot to lots of things in Charlottetown! Plenty of charging spots in room. Check out Hopyard next door! Cool bar, restaurant, craft beer and they will play your pick of vinyl!
Because the room was minimalist, it could probably use a few more hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom. If someone wanted lots of privacy in the bathroom just be aware the shower and bathroom is a glass opaque/frosted wall with sliding door.

Excellent location in downtown Charlottetown. Appreciated as I ended up staying for an extra week that they placed me in the last room at the rear of the hotel so as I was not impacted by any noise from the bar. Also valuable is the on-site laundry.
I realise the hotel is minimalist but may be the hotel could offer in-room mini fridge on request for those staying longer term. The shared communal fridge on Level 2, is too small for more than only a few people.

Great value! Comfortable bed, cool nightlife just downstairs attached to the restaurant. The hotel is in downtown Charlottetown so the location was also perfect for us. All you are missing in the rooms that you normally get in a hotel room are a tv and fridge/microwave. That did not bother us though, because it was such great value and there was a communal kitchen for use.
It can be a bit loud in the room when they have a band playing in the lounge. This might bother some people but did not bother us. Also, make sure that you know what the parking situation is because it's free for certain hours but you have to pay during most of the daytime hours (best to use the app so that you can top up easily).

Such a great spot right in the middle of downtown Charlottetown! Also the shower had two heads, both a normal shower head with 2 or 3 settings plus a rain shower head, could be used as one or the other or both!
Bathroom door kept sliding close but wasn’t a big deal! The only parking was meter parking on the street or a parking garage which isn’t owned by the hotel. The parking garage had a bit of a wait sometimes and was a bit confusing to drive around at first
