The location was outstanding. A beautiful quiet neighborhood, three blocks from downtown Charlottetown. There was a kitchen right outside our room. I expected some noise, but it was quiet and it was great having it so close. Breakfast was a combination of buffet with plated and served mains. They had a washer and dryer for guest use. It was $2 to wash and $2 to dry. They provided the soap, etc.

My friend and I are very early risers and it would have been nice to have breakfast earlier then 7:30. Also, there was no elevation, so carrying our bags to the third floor was somewhat difficult.

Loved the location in historic downtown district and near the waterfront. Attractive common rooms and great breakfast choices and service.

Flooring in the room was cheap and noisy uncomfortable for Nader the feet and noisy-not at all what you would expect in a century home. Housekeeping did not replace towels or coffee on 2nd day. Climbing 2 floors to 3rd floor was a bit more ch and night auditor did not answer phone on 3 call attempts despite offer of 24-hour desk service when we needed floors or towels. Ice machine on lowest level and was out of order.

Comfortable accommodations in an excellent location. Rooms are immaculate and have many details. The hand held shower head was a great luxury when traveling. The breakfast options that you can order off the menu included in the price were thoughtful in addition to the basics like cereal, oatmeal, bagels, juices, pastries, fresh fruit, etc. An amazing bed and breakfast. They have many repeat travelers because they offer so many amenities. We will be back.

The laundry facilities closed at 10 pm.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Harbour House! Beautiful and quaint Victorian-style inn. Everyone on staff (front desk, dining, housekeeping) was so kind and helpful. Fabulous breakfast with buffet options and a choice of a cooked menu item. Cozy, clean rooms. Free parking. The location is GREAT, as everything from Downtown to Harbour Front, to all major historical sites and tourist spots are within walking distance. Was sad to leave, but looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering to give us a tour of the property at check in and they escorted us to our room. Breakfast was included and ready for me promptly at 7:30am as I had an important appointment to reach at 8am and the server was great, offering me a bowl of fruit to go. Plenty of parking behind the building, walking distance to the waterfront, clean and quiet rooms and reasonably comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

We arrived after being informed previously by Rod the hotel was still missing power due to hurricain fiona. He was very appolagetic and sympathetic for our stay, even though it had hurt his business and had been stressful. He had a generator going with an extension cord with multiple chargers so people could still charge their phones and so he could still make some breakfast items the next day for us. Really felt looked after and the power came back the next day! Lovley room and breakfast, the bed was massive! The location was great for town and harbour front. Good job.

The owner was very considerate. We checked in after needing to leave our home post Hurricane Fiona. The Harbour House had lost its power as did the majority of people in PEI and had not yet gotten it back He worked very hard to provide a comfortable stay with a wonderful breakfast, charging station for phones and responding quickly to any concerns. The house is beautiful, the rooms nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Both the bed and the loveseat pullout were comfortable with quality mattresses. The location was great! It's a short walk to restaurants, shopping and downtown.

We loved the Harbour House, beautiful older home with lots of character. It was very comfortable. Our room had air conditioning which was great for our very hot July stay. Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. The location was excellent, we could walk to the waterfront in less than 10 minutes.

Our shower was very small. My husband is an average side man and he found shower uncomfortable to use.

the location is great. it is in a quiet area close to the sea and a few minutes walk away from busy streets of downtown. amenities are nice and the breakfast included worked well for us. the place itself is old but well maintained and clean. it's actually pleasant to spend time in the building. 24/7 shared kitchens on every floor. free parking on the back. big screen TV in the room. daily room service with change of clean towels.

1-standing shower in our room was very small. it is important if you are a bigger person, need to help your kid with shower, are pregnant, or have special needs to discuss it with the staff. perhaps there's a room with bath because this standing shower would be a problem for anyone other than a slim young person! 2-I also had difficulty with the mattress. it is a thick and surely good quality one but extremely soft. even though I'm a petite person, I was constantly sinking in my spot!

Both the hotel and our room were very nicely laid out, immaculate, pleasantly decorated, and had a cozy vibe. The staff was very welcoming — super friendly and attentive, and created a warm atmosphere. They provided a variety of thoughtful amenities, and a yummy breakfast. We’ll absolutely stay here again if we have an opportunity to make a return visit to the area!
