I had the pleasure of renting two spacious suites during my stay, and I must say that there were numerous aspects that truly stood out and made my experience quite enjoyable. The suites themselves were generously sized, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. Not only did they offer a sense of roominess, but the in-room facilities provided were also noteworthy, enhancing the overall convenience and quality of my stay. One of the suites had the remarkable advantage of facing the lake, and I must admit, the view was nothing short of breathtaking. The scenic beauty of the lake and its surroundings was captivating, to say the least. This particular suite became a haven of tranquility where I could easily spend my time, taking in the picturesque vista without ever feeling the least bit bored. It's not every day that you come across a view that can hold your attention for hours on end. In addition to the exceptional views, the swimming pools and Jacuzzis on the premises added a playful and relaxing dimension to my stay. The opportunity to take a dip in the pools and unwind in the Jacuzzis added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience. These facilities were a source of fun and rejuvenation, making my stay all the more pleasant. The staff at the property also played a significant role in enhancing my stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were truly commendable. Whether it was providing information about the local area, assisting with any inquiries, or catering to specific needs, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and well taken care of. Their dedication to guest satisfaction certainly made a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay.

Beautiful location, 1hr from Montréal. Clean rooms with a good set of amenities. 3 restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast is really good. Staff are super nice and professional. Spa & pool area is nice.

No water bottles in the room. A comment that is applicable to all hotels: check-in and check-out times must be changed. (Current: 5pm to 11am). Although you can stay in the resort after check-out, but it would be nice to know that you can go back to your room for a shower before checking out. 5pm to 3pm would be excellent. It wouldn't normally take more than two hrs to get the room cleaned.

The resort was beautiful, everyone was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The room inside was clean and spacious.

I didn't like that the outside balcony was full of spider webs and spiders. The facility should clean that as it's not enjoyable to sit on the balcony. I also noticed that they did not clean the adults pool as it was full of bugs. I saw one guy come with the cleaner but looked at the pool and turned away, didn't pass the cleaner at all.

Beautiful Clean resort; clean pools and rooms. Great facilities. Delicious breakfast. Has sauna; exercise room. There is a spa if you choose; nice restaurants that overlook the lake. There are boat;kayak;canoe rentals. Resort overlooks the lake, nice beach area. It was amazing, I will certainly stay there again

Only thing i can think of is Adult Pool not too deep, hot tubs not too warm but maybe they keep that way in the summer which is good idea but a little bit warmer would be good. Not a deal breaker though

Everything was excellent!

At ROK, my husband’s stone wasn’t hot enough and his scallop stuck to it and burned. The nice thing is our server Stephanie brought us 2 new scallops. Also, the halloumi cheese was brought out on the same plate as the raw bloody steak. The server brought us new halloumi on its own plate. And only one set of cutlery was given - considering we are slicing raw meat with this cutlery, a second set is essential to avoiding cross contamination.

Hot tubs were amazing and pools Only issue was the choice of beer by the pool was not good and drinks were way to expensive…also the food by the pool was way to expensive….people were alll ordering the 4 dollar corn all day so that tells you they had say view has me

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

There is no mini bar in the suite so we had to get out (in a storm) for evening refreshments. The restaurant voilier was really pricy and the food not so good, specially for similar type of restaurants in hotels (like St-Laurent at the manoir in Charlevoix).

Breakfast buffet has lots of selection and fresh food! Location is beautiful but need to navigate some big hills to get here. Recommend checking out some cute restaurants in Ste Adele! Eg chez Milot and Donalda

Parking is across the street but valet service is available. No housekeeping devices for stays less than 5 days (which wasn’t communicated to us).

What an excellent view on the lake! Wonderful room it’s redone a few years ago. Great to rent a canoe and get that nature experience.

It’s true you need to get your food/drinks shopping done in advance. It can feel like many people but it’s easy to stay out of the crowd. Early breakfast, lake time or visit Val-David.

Very kind and helpful staff, very cleans rooms, nice relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the selection was good. The Amerispa experience there was great too (had a massage and other treatments)! And the BBQ food at the outdoor bar was phenomenal!

1 bath and 1 pool were closed at the Lido.
