The style of the hotel and restaurants

No free coffee in the hotel lobby. Had to wait in line to ask where to grab a couple of coffees for my friends that were hung over from our event in the evening. They said their's coffee in the hotel room... yes but my friends are still sleeping and making coffee was not an option. I had to go to the ONO restaurant to pay 11.50 for four very small cups of coffee... a hotel of this quality missed out on a very simple service to make a guest happy. Also at the main desk to wait in line to pay to use the coffee machine that should be free..!!!!. and self serve. I feel sad to write this, I have been to many hotels 5 star to 2 star and all of them had coffee for free... this is my first time as a hotel guess asking what the f?

Ok… hear me out ! Great staff and customer service. I didn’t even ask for help yet staff was able to help me to find right parking. They were so helpful friendly and went above and beyond. Although I was an anal and arrived an 2 hours early they let me check in. Everything was clean and I felt very relaxed the minute I walked in

Some things need maintenance

The rooms were very large and had French doors separating the bed from the living room area. In the two queen bed room there were also French doors creating 2 separate rooms. Each area had a TV. Also loved full bottles of hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Nice and quiet too and beds comfy. Staff was lovely. Of course, Koena Spa! When they say attached, they mean it! Literally take elevator down to basement and you are steps away. You can come and go once you pay for the day. The food at the spa is amazing and cocktails can go outside. The whole experience was luxurious!

Probably could use new wall paper.

The view over the spa was beautiful and the room so super clean and roomie! A lot bigger than I expected which was awesome! And it was super convenient that it was connected to the spa and made it super comfortable walking around in my robe/bathing suit!

Only thing that sorta sucked but didn’t matter overly much was not having a microwave in the room or something to dry our wet robes since we could only get one from the connected spa

- Bed was extremely comfortable - Suite was large with french doors to separate bedroom from living space - Bedside lamps offered ample outlets for charging devices - Two televisions - Large countertop in bathroom - View of the spa - Proximity to the spa - Free parking - 2 restaurants to choose from for dinner

If I could offer these small critiques: - Exposed wires and holes in drywall directly above the door to enter our room were a bit unsettling - Pillows were not sturdy enough, needed 3 to sleep comfortably (worked well for us as my partner brought his own pillow) - Spa music played late into the night and early the next morning and could be heard from inside our room - Bathroom shower could have been cleaner (ceiling in shower was dirty) and missing body wash - Bathroom didn't have a fan - Spa view partially blocked by rooftop (can't complain as we were upgraded to the spa view at no extra cost) - Staff at the spa/restaurants/bars were exceptional, but staff at the front desk of the hotel did not display the same level of service/professionalism

We liked our room. Nice view. The room looked like it was in the middle of renovation. The light on the wall was just a bulb with no cover. And the there was no coffee table in front of the couch. But it was clean and roomy and the bed was comfy!

Parking was difficult to find a spot. Elevator was slow because one was broken. And for the price there should be a breakfast included.

Staff was friendly patient and knowledgeable Location is ideal and not far from transit Spa was relaxing Overall mood of hotel was very relaxing Hotel lay out is very is easy to maneuver

Unfortunately 1 too many doors to access rooms once you enter elevator Breakfast is not complimentary as i thought but paid. To access gym staff is required Food overpriced for value and quality No ice machine for ice but ice buckets are provided in the rooms Unable to change temperature of room without assistance

The room was spacious and had Keurig coffee machine, bottles of water and smelled fresh and clean. I didn't have the same room when we went back, so I can tell, it all depends on your luck and what you ask for. Service desk asked us to pay for complementary coffee and water downstairs. Accommodation is very nice along with the wellness center. Considering the time of year, it was the right decision and we will return if prices stay same.

Locked windows during New Years day when I could smell smoke in corridors. It was quiet and reception desk did give me the window lock to open a small space to breath outdoors fresh air.

The room was large and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Great spa and nordic pools if you are looking for that. I was very happy that they allowed me to cancel my 5 night booking and leave after one night when they did not have the facilities I was expecting.

I thought they had outdoor swimming pools based on photos I had seen in front of the hotel and on the website. I was specifically looking for an outdoor pool so we cancelled our reservation and moved to a different hotel with an outdoor pool. There was also nowhere to sit outside anywhere (no benches to sit by the front door, no benches in the beautiful green spaces. I really wanted a place to be able to go outside and enjoy the scenery.

Room had no table to sit and have a coffee. The tub in bathroom was peeling, also the ceiling. the handle in the faucet sink kept falling off, needed repairs.
