- Bed was extremely comfortable - Suite was large with french doors to separate bedroom from living space - Bedside lamps offered ample outlets for charging devices - Two televisions - Large countertop in bathroom - View of the spa - Proximity to the spa - Free parking - 2 restaurants to choose from for dinner

If I could offer these small critiques: - Exposed wires and holes in drywall directly above the door to enter our room were a bit unsettling - Pillows were not sturdy enough, needed 3 to sleep comfortably (worked well for us as my partner brought his own pillow) - Spa music played late into the night and early the next morning and could be heard from inside our room - Bathroom shower could have been cleaner (ceiling in shower was dirty) and missing body wash - Bathroom didn't have a fan - Spa view partially blocked by rooftop (can't complain as we were upgraded to the spa view at no extra cost) - Staff at the spa/restaurants/bars were exceptional, but staff at the front desk of the hotel did not display the same level of service/professionalism

Staff was friendly patient and knowledgeable Location is ideal and not far from transit Spa was relaxing Overall mood of hotel was very relaxing Hotel lay out is very is easy to maneuver

Unfortunately 1 too many doors to access rooms once you enter elevator Breakfast is not complimentary as i thought but paid. To access gym staff is required Food overpriced for value and quality No ice machine for ice but ice buckets are provided in the rooms Unable to change temperature of room without assistance

The room was spacious and had Keurig coffee machine, bottles of water and smelled fresh and clean. I didn't have the same room when we went back, so I can tell, it all depends on your luck and what you ask for. Service desk asked us to pay for complementary coffee and water downstairs. Accommodation is very nice along with the wellness center. Considering the time of year, it was the right decision and we will return if prices stay same.

Locked windows during New Years day when I could smell smoke in corridors. It was quiet and reception desk did give me the window lock to open a small space to breath outdoors fresh air.

The room was large and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Great spa and nordic pools if you are looking for that. I was very happy that they allowed me to cancel my 5 night booking and leave after one night when they did not have the facilities I was expecting.

I thought they had outdoor swimming pools based on photos I had seen in front of the hotel and on the website. I was specifically looking for an outdoor pool so we cancelled our reservation and moved to a different hotel with an outdoor pool. There was also nowhere to sit outside anywhere (no benches to sit by the front door, no benches in the beautiful green spaces. I really wanted a place to be able to go outside and enjoy the scenery.

The front desk staff was very helpful. There was a mistake in the booking and they immediately upgraded our room. Our new double queen room was great. We also loved the restaurant. The menu items were super interesting and delicious.

The curtains in the room wouldn’t close properly. The room door was very hard to open (with arthritic hands). I wish we had known more about the pool and so on. We would have enjoyed sending more time.

Having a king suite provided a bedroom that was quiet without any noise from traffic in the hallway. Relaxing. We also enjoyed the meals onsite - the Japanese fusion restaurant for a late night dinner/snack and the restaurant with a view of the golf course for lunch. Friendly and welcoming servers and good food at both locations.

There was a note in the room saying the daily housekeeping was not being done due to COVID. However, someone did come in to make the bed and tidy while we were out. We weren't expecting that. We thought that maybe the room had not been occupied in a while as the carpet did not look clean.

The breakfast is so nice but the price is reasonable, the receptionist did upgrade for us when we check-in but without any payment. The size of room and sofa bed are very good that suitable one person to sleep. It's a good choice for one family. It's surprise that there is a springwater salon and you can get relax from the trip.

The receptionists were very helpful with calling taxis for me and checking in on me to see how I was doing emotionally.

Update the bed frames, visible damage Very loud fan in room, wasn’t able to turn fan off at night Could have used an extra throw blanket for added warmth

The manager, who helped me to solve the confusion with my booking with booking.com. He remained calm and collected under pressure. I forgot his name (he speaks Arabic) but I will always remember him for his kindness and understanding.

Facilities were lovely, warm and inviting upon arrival. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend!

We had a king room. The bathroom does not have a fan. The floors are laminate, so sound travels. The tub is really weird, it was a concave shape and felt like I was showering in a narrow canoe.
