The rooms were clean and updated. The shower stall :) as an adult, I loooooved it.

The shower stall- this is just a PSA to mom's with little ones: There's no bathtub just a beautiful shower stall. I had to shower with my toddler and he just kept slipping as it's relatively smooth surface. I managed to catch him before he smashed his head twice. Just a bit slippery for the little guy (he wasn't running around or anything but he couldn't take a step without slipping. I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but like I said, this is just a PSA for fellow mom's out there. Toss in a towel in the bottom of the shower to give little ones some traction.

breakfast restaurant - very clean - excellent service - spoke English easily -

staff at front desk - very efficient when checking in - although - I would have preferred an email with my bill - itemized - as front desk at check out - was fast - but did not explain charges - My French and their English not the best - they know what they are doing but I am paying for it and would like to know what the rate was and taxes etc. Security charge - would have been nice.

We really enjoyed the hotel-provided toiletries. They were all Dove products and a large quantity, which was great for our room of 4 people. We also enjoyed how the swimming pool had salt water and not typical chlorine.

The location is close to the Holiday Inn Express and we had a few instances where our GPS directed us to that hotel and not this one. We also would have liked to have a schedule of the restaurant hours in the rooms, so we can remember.

We liked the location. Since there was no restaurant available we dined at the Casino and Café Saint-Éloi. The breakfast granola bars/coffee/yogurt/oranges was not what I expected in a hotel your price range. We loved the fact our room was kept clean every day.

No restaurant, cheap breakfast with strict minimum, as mentioned, for the price it should have been at least a choice of a variety of fruits, maybe a few pastries/boiled eggs/sandwiches etc. to accommodate. The view; we were in a room on the 2nd floor with no view of the the lake and city. We usually go to the Hilton where we always have a phenomenal view.

Close to the Hilton Lac-Leamy, which was ideal while attending a conference there. Nice sized room, clean, comfortable bed. As a business traveler, I liked the fast, free wifi and the rolling desk and chair. I only interacted with front desk staff while checking in and out, but they were great. Proximity to highway, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. was convenient. Good walking/biking path nearby.

Breakfast options could have been better. Room was facing a busy street intersection, so traffic noise was loud at times. Free parking, but not covered.

Perhaps the buffet breakfast offering as advertised could have had toast,bagels etc.We understand that this hotel has only been opened for approximately 4 months and there is continued construction to be completed. A promotion or incentive to return would have an impact.3 day stays should have the same rates…we added a 3 rd day stay, on a Friday long weekend.!The rate was slightly more and we would have expected this additional night to be the same as the first 2 nights. Probably the nicest hotel that we have stayed in, everything new,fresh etc.

Liked the area also I wish to thank the housekeeping lady on the ninth floor she was kind did an amazing job cleaning she was definetly an ambassador for the hotel she should be thanked by personnel for her exceptional work we will be back to this hotel and we hope that we can get a room on the ninth floor

The fact that there was no breakfast because of renovations mgmt wife and I are both diabetic and rely on this meal it is very important for health reasons this was the only downside to our stay

The location was perfect. It was a short trip to Ottawa where we enjoyed our concert, we were walking distance to the Casino and was a short trip to the Nordik spa for our next day adventure. The breakfast was wonderful as was our server. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was everything I needed it to be.

GREAT LOCATION - close to the Casino, close to the highway. New hotel. comfortable bed.

couldn't access the pool - the front desk person did not know the pool was closed because of chemicals added to the pool and did not know when it would be functional. we were a little disapointed because we picked this hotel for the location and the pool as an alternative to the Hilton where we usually stay at.

Cleanliness, location was great and not far from DT ottawa.

No water bottles in rooms. Every property gives atleast 2 complimentary waterbottles. Nothing here. Same for the glasses. Every other hotel has good glasses in rooms(at least 2). They had disposable glasses in room.
