Room is large comfortable and air-conditioned well. The place is clean throughout. It was busy but did not feel noisy nor overcrowded anywhere.

It was far from downtown making a bus, uber or metro ride a necessity. Bikes at the hotel would be a nice addition... when I asked the staff looked a bit bemused and I suggested they just point me to a public transport bike hub then. Gym A/C was not working or not present and it was v dated. I think the in room drinks options could be better and in particular having a cup of tea of an evening is a real must for me and the room had only a coffee capsule machine. When I asked for tea I was given tea capsules (what??) and powdered milk which is a bit of a no go for me.

The room was very comfortable, clean, great shower, fridge, coffee. Staff in reception , cleaning and restaurant are very good, friendly, helpful, ok if you speak French or English. Exceptional staff!

Noise from the swimming pool, I’m guessing bachelor parties or school reunions. No tea offered in the room. Restaurant is just ok, selections are super ordinary, tending to Italian but not good Italian, just ok. There are no close restaurants, bakeries or coffee shops. Just an IGA next door with small offerings.

The location is very convenient to the Biodome, Planetarium, Botanical Gardens and Insectarium. All are with within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were in a quiet location of the hotel. Even with a loud party going on we could not hear anything. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative when I had a number of questions.

The pillows are too high and not comfortable. I used two bath towels for my pillow. Otherwise, everything was good.

It was a great location close to the biodome that we were able to walk there and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a busy weekend with lots of weddings and loud music in the banquet hall but I really appreciate that we were given a quiet room away from all that especially since we were travelling with babies and young children.

Very clean hotel. Nice grounds and entrance. Beautiful clean pools,1 inside and 1 outside. Beds were very comfortable. Clean smelling sheets and towels in bathroom. Had a restaurant, workout room, Close to many attractions. Lots of biking; parks in the area, we will certainly stay there again

Rooms did not have a microwave. When you are on 7th floor, going down to the S level to heat things up is very inconvenient. Not sure why there wasn't one since there is room for it. Could have more chairs available for the inside pool. No hot tub

excellent room, very comfortable and quiet. Water pressure was amazing. Front desk staff was very friendly and able to assist whenever needed. The lobby bar had lots of variety and comfortable setting. The entrance set a very positive feel for the establishment.

Food service was not available after 9. Our flight arrived a little late so only option was pizza delivery in the area. The lobby elevator was out of service so we had a bit of a walk to the second elevator.

Great location close to Jardin Botanique, Biodome,Olympic Stadium and metro stations. Very convenient to metro and free parking. Good value. Breakfast was good (not included ).

Our room was on the main floor near the doors to the lobby. You could hear voices of people talking near the elevator on the way to the lobby. It was quieter later at night but in the day time and evening it was a bit noisy...

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. And two pools were amazing. It was really close to Olympic park and walking distance for everything we needed. It was great the housekeeping only comes when requested.

Only two elevators one at front and one in very back and elevators were very slow.

Excellent location of the hotel. Few minutes walk to the Biodome and short drive to downtown. The room was great. Mattresses were super comfortable and even though I was awake few times per night I still had a great sleep. My husband and son were sleeping like babies all night long. And another huge bonus is that there was no sound of heater at all. So it was very quite at night. There is mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Free onsite parking. There is community microwave on the basement floor by the pool. Indoor swimming pool was excellent. Pretty warm water. And there was sauna too!!!

There was nothing that we disliked, but just some weird things that we noticed. But again it was manageable. Plugs location, for example to charge phone. There was only one plug by the bed. Weird frosted glass partition separating bathtub with toiled from the rest of the room.

Comfortable, convenient, well priced

Elevator was super fast the first day, but then it started to miss its floor by a bit and have to readjust. Still thinking restaurant hours are weird. Parking was completely full; the lot would benefit from having someone to manage it a bit
