Parking was awkward and expensive ($29!!). Construction of condos immediately across the street.

I enjoyed my room, although I think part of it was being on a higher floor. The location was decent and I easily walked to where I needed to. I definitely enjoyed that it was less than 10 minutes walking from the bus that takes you directly to and from the airport. Enjoyed their gym, the breakfast was okay and the business center had free printing. Staff was more than happy to help when asked.

The breakfast was fine, there is construction directly outside the main entrance but it didn’t bother us at all, we were able to park at a garage directly behind the hotel for $19 CAD for 24 hours , walking distance to main sites was about 30 minutes, lots of good dining options within minutes from the hotel , previous reviews spoke of elevator issues those have since been rectified, we arrived very early and were able to check in much earlier as our room was ready , room was large and comfortable

Incredible location. We walked up to Mile End and down to the Old Town with ease, and there’s a metro stop 2 minutes walk away. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was great, gym on site was a great bonus. Super comfy beds, quiet, felt safe.

We couldn’t work out if the window would open and the aircon is quite loud, when it kicks in it would wake us up. Without either the room gets up to 20+ degrees which is past what we could comfortably sleep in. It could be our lack of exposure to air con as British tourists so I’m sure if you’re used to it it would be fine! And it cools the room down really quickly. The lifts are small as others have mentioned but we didn’t experience long waits at all for them despite being on the 10th floor.

It was right downtown

Elevator service was pretty bad. They had 3 elevators but it was also used for the cleaning staff and the elevator only holds maybe 5 people depending on their size and luggage. A number of them at least one elevator was in service or Not working. The lobby was so crowed all the time that it was hard to ask questions since it could take up to 20 mins or more waiting times. The breakfast was okay but most of the hot food was cold bc the lids don’t stay on. The lineups for the waffle maker is too long I just gave up.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is great, very safe area. There are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The Place des Arts is close, so we walked to a concert there and had dinner on the way. The Metro station is around the corner. Hotel itself is very nice. Our room was a king studio with sofa bed and it was a nice size and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was no noise in the night and the air-condition was quite too. We were surprised how well the kitchen was appointed. It looked new. It had stove top, fridge, dishwasher, nice selection of kitchenware. They provided dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels. The parking is off site, but it means just around corner. On arrival, we parked in front of the hotel (you can stay 15 minutes). Front desk staff, which was excellent, provided instruction about the garage. We had no problem finding it and the walk back to hotel was 2 minutes. We loved this hotel and will stay there again.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection. The only issue was that there was a big line when we went around 9 am. The staff was having a bit of hard time keeping up with replenishing the food (especially the warm items and coffee). The area with toasters and waffles was fairly small and crowded most of the time. When we came at 7 am next day it was fine, so the time makes a difference. But this was not a big deal for us.

I always try to book my vacation stays in a Marriot hotel. First and foremost the beds are almost evrytime consistently compfortable and that's very important for me. I always ask for extra pillows and they are there when I get to the room. Specifically this Montreal was walking distance or a short uber drive from most atractions and restaurants. Very happy with this choice.

I don't have any negative remarks at this time. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay at this hotel if I visit Montreal in a future ocassion.

I love the breakfasts that were included with the stay. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We love that we could stay in a pet-friendly room, with own kitchen. The gym was great and clean.

The size of the elevators are a bit small. Only maximum 4-5 people could fit. Only two elevators were working out of the three and there was not enough time for people to get on after people exit the elevators sensors did not register people getting in.
