Room, Location. Check-in was at 4 but we arrived at 12:30. They said to check back at 1:30 and were so relieved that they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in.

Said they didn't have my reservation. Looked for a long time to find it. Took my phone to scroll through my confirmation email and didn't sanitize or ask if he could touch it. Dismaying. He said all reservation numbers start with a number that was not the start of mine. Eventually found it on his screen. Entrance had 2 sets of sliding doors. In between the first and second it had an awful, overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. It was so bad, we double-checked with the front desk to make sure it was a 'non-smoking' hotel. Thankfully an hour later, the smell in the lobby entranceway was gone.

Very accomplished had a very late check in & was given a late checkout to accommodate us so we didn’t have a long time period before catching a flight. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Wasn’t an issue for us but there were a number of private swimming lessons being held in the pool & a large group of well behaved teenage children were told not to be getting into the lesson area when all they were doing was coming down the waterslide, having fun & taking up a large area of the pool. Everyone involved was very respectful but wondered why lessons wouldn’t have been scheduled after 11 when most people are checked out.

The breakfast is excellent including staff. So very nice to check on us whatelse we need when we are lining up and getting our food.

I did't like that our room is next to the elevator where you can hear kids screaming and even swearing close to midnight. The the over all experience is always excellent as we always stays on this property

The breakfast was good, the staffs working on the back was so nice, she made sure that all food containers were refilled. The location of the hotel is so accessible to all your needs, there's Walmart, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Ricky's, and everything. The pool is so warm, I love it. And I like the idea of using pieces of old towels for other purposes like wiping the spillage.

Just wondering why hotels nowadays don't serve free bottles of water.

From the wonderful front desk reception by Samim Kuma (complete with complimentary cookies from his mom), to the outstanding cleanliness of the room, facilities and hotel in general, I would highly recommend this Days Inn. I give a six star rating because five is not enough. All of the staff were outstanding and I made sure to compliment them i=on their work and terrific helpful attitude. We use the pool and hot whirlpool....so relaxing. Best stay ever!. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the coffee delicious. I literally can't say enough good things about the people and facilities at this hotel.

Clean, spacious, and good location and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. loved the coffee/tea table in the lobby. Convenient to approach to the airport.

Nothing about the hotel but the noisy and inconsiderate people next door and the hallway. I woke up at 3am because of them.

Location was really good, we especially loved that the hot tub worked lol seems latley there's more and more hotels that don't have properly functioning hot tubs, but this one was very hot, jets worked well and the main pool was not cold, maybe room temperature so that was nice. Staff was also friendly

Parking lot was very full. Could use more parking space at times

This was our third stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Regina Airport West and each stay has been excellent. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. While we didn’t partake in breakfast, we were impressed with the selection on offer. My wife enjoyed a morning swim most days and the pool area was well-maintained. For this stay, we had a ‘prairie sky view’ (facing south) which was a bonus! If you want a bit of exercise, there’s a very pretty ‘grasslands trail’ nearby with lots of prairie birds & other wildlife to see.

While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were a bit too ‘stuffed’ for our liking. It would have been great if there were a selection of pillows (at least ‘high’ and ‘low’) to suit different guests’ preferences.

The location and staff were great

The A/C - Heater just wouldn't set like I wanted it either was Hot or right at being cold. The bed is starting to get worn out in spots. Almost like sleeping in a rut. Other than that, everything was Great, Thanks

I liked they gave me late check out and medical rate but the rate they gave me on line was 236 for 2 nights but medical rate was 118 per night why the difference only problem I had
