Super cute, comfortable, clean and well set up space that was a perfect finish to a long trek through Las Torres. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, especially in storing our luggage until we got back even though we weren't staying there until we got back from the park. Incredibly friendly in general. Rooms are well set up with Super comfortable beds, a good mix of both soft and hard pillows (needed for when one in the couple prefers the other) and the bathrooms are very clean and have great functionality.

this little jewel of a hotel was such a welcome surprise . the rooms are tastefully decorated and offer all necessary comforts . When i needed more light they quickly accommodated my request by adding a stand lamp . the restaurant is truly world class offering an exciting , original cuisine that was truly exquisite. we were several solo travelers sitting close to each other (the dining room is quite cozy) , so it turned into a veritably ohhh and ahh chorus , every one of us exclaiming how scrumptious what we were eating was. the adjacent cocktail lounge / bar is sophisticated yet cozy. the color scheme and decor warm and inviting in a city where it’s mostly really cold . i ran into a tricky situation with one of my tours and the owner David as well as his partner Erkka could not have been more helpful and plain wonderful. these very hands - on owners are the inspiration , the heart and soul of this jewel of a hotel which in turn is a direct reflection of their love for life and all things beautiful . I cannot thank them enough for their incredible kindness and hospitality . They deserve so much success.
nothing just maybe the restaurant is a tad pricy for Chile but this may be due to the physical remoteness and challenge procuring the food ingredients .!

We stayed here for 2 nights before hiking the W and for one night after. We stayed on the lower level before and it was so nice to be able to open our door when the weather was nice and enjoy views of the garden. We had a lovely chat with the owner and his adorable dogs. When we returned after hiking, he upgraded us so we could see the upstairs suites. All I can say is WOW! Talk about luxurious. Both rooms were impeccably clean and the beds and pillows super comfortable (2 down and 2 memory foam). The attention to detail throughout the entire property does not go unnoticed. The decor is just absolutely beautiful art deco. The bar area is all glass with beautiful plants. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar the first day (closed Sundays). The staff, bartenders and especially Max, the gentleman who does check in and breakfast, really make the place special. The location is perfect for walking in Puerto Natales. It’s a small walkable town and Vinnhaus is right in the center. I highly recommend Vinnhaus and would love to come back one day!
It is an older building. There will be squeaks in the floors typical things with older building. It didn’t bother us at all!

Everything was truly wonderful! The decor, the ambience of every room, the warmth, the elegance, every detail so carefully chosen! It offers luxury and at the same time a homey sense that makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The mattress and pillows exceptional! Their breakfast so “real”, tasty and rich (as opposed to most other hotels which tend to offer “plastic” food). We also had dinner their once and some finger food at the bar and we fully enjoyed everything we had! We truly loved this place!
Absolutely nothing bad to report.

I travel a lot for work and staying at hotels gets tiring. But walking into the Vinnhaus feels more like arriving at home if your home was the coziest, most inviting place ever and your family was incredibly nice. You’re greeted immediately by a friendly host who makes you feel welcome right away. Directly behind the host stand you look directly past a large family table into the kitchen to see a well maintained kitchen as copper pans and capable chefs move about in perfect synchronicity. The smells from the kitchen further welcoming you into the space and make you feel like you just got home for the holidays after a long day of travel and your family is in the kitchen making you dinner. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to see the kitchen staff sitting down together for family meal at the large table before the dinner shift. As you pass through the hotel past the kitchen you walk through the living room-like restaurant complete with a fireplace to enter a beautiful greenhouse filled with daylight and the smell of fresh fruit. A beautiful space to get a juice during the day or a great cocktail in the evening. As you continue on to your room, you leave the greenhouse bar as you step outside into an adorable courtyard where you’re likely to be greeted by the hotel’s dogs who, by the end of your stay, will feel like your family pet. I stayed at the Vinnhaus twice because I loved it so much, bookending my trip to Torres del Paine. I had two different rooms for each stay, and while both were different from one another, both were incredibly cozy and meticulously clean - the beds were very comfortable, the pillows perfect and plenty of daylight from the large windows during the day and warm inviting lightning at night. The bathrooms were well appointed with warming towel rack and they have sulfate and cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and lotion they refill for guests. They even leave homemade caramels in the room for you to enjoy.

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel!! The decor is incredibly stylish but wonderfully comfortable too. The attention to all the fine details is impeccable. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the owners made you feel truly welcome, in clearly what is more than just a business but a passion for them. The dogs were an added bonus for us too - very well behaved and sociable - a homely addition :) The food in the restaurant is delicious and they do great cocktails, all beautifully presented. Staying at this hotel made our trip to Patagonia even more special. Thank you!!!
There was nothing I didn’t like - it was all great.

The room was gorgeous, breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful with queries pre-arrival. On arrival some staff were great, some were snobbish. They didn't seem to recognise me as a guest despite only having 8 rooms.
Inconsiderate guests shouting for an hour at 2am. Hotel's response was 'if you had called us we could have addressed it', instead of using WhatsApp message (honestly was too tired to think, and the room doesn't have a phone). Did not offer anything to make up for it, nor apologised the next day; disappointing for an aspiring luxury property.

Vinnhaus is very special. It’s a wonderful experience that starts as soon as you walk in the door. We were transported from the hostel town of Natales to this immaculate, inviting and warm mid century Europe restaurant and hotel. You can easily tell there’s a lot of care based on the attention to detail. The owners Errka and David, along with the friendly staff, made every efforts to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They far exceeded our expectations! The dining experience blew our minds!! We’re from the US/Bay Area and have dined at Michelin star restaurants. Our 3-6 course meals with wine pairings at Vinnhaus can easily rival! To be honest, at other establishments the deserts are good, but nothing special. At Vinnhaus even the dessert and alcohol pairing was divine! They delivered consistently strong dishes from start to finish! It’s located in the middle of town so all the last min. items we needed for the W trek we could purchase easily. After our trek we leisurely navigated the streets to purchase souvenirs, stopping by the hotel to drop things off or to refresh. Our plans kept changing, but wasn’t disappointed because it meant that we get to extend our stay at Vinnhaus. From the lovely staff, comfortable lodging, and curated meals- it was truly a wonderful place to experience!!

Everything. Vinnhaus was a great stay. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us vegan options at breakfast. The bathroom and bedroom were as pictured and were great. There's no car park at the property which I didn't realise (although I'm sure it says on Booking.com, I just didn't spot it) but there's plenty of free on-street parking around (just ask at reception).
The only minor negatives were that the vegan options in the restaurant were a bit small and blackout curtains in the bedroom would be a good addition.

great location. nicely decor. it was nice that they were able to pack breakfast to go in the morning which helps when you are trying to head to Torres del Paine early. it was a very comfortable stay and the bathroom was the highlight. with the heated towel rack and full amenities including conditioner, shampoo and body wash, these were much needed after a long day of hiking at the park. although there were no real parking at the property, there is street parking and it was not hard to find parking directly across from the hotel.
the room was quite creaky making it very noisy to walk around at night. this was the same outside of the rooms. in fact, one of the wooden planks broke as my friend was walking out early in the morning and he could have easily injured his ankle.
