Everything was fine at this apartment hotel. Staff very friendly. I had requested a balcony and it was not available the first day but I was able to change rooms two days later and it made a huge difference. Very secure place and the stay was comfortable.

This is a very basic hotel. The kitchen was adequately equipped but the cooking facilities are basic. This is a bare bones place in a good location. They only clean every 3rd day but the grocery across the street has what you need. Breakfast is super basic and you might want to supplement what they offer with your own food.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Very nice kitchen and very well equipped. The AC was perfect. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff were particularly helpful.

The property is located in an area frequented by some drug types. I didn’t have any problems but you just had to be aware. The staff were very good at letting me know to be careful. The Breakfast supplied to the room each day was a little limited but there is a supermarket literally across the street. My big issue with the reservation is that I am still awaiting the return of my 100 Dollar deposit. I sent two emails at this stage and I have been advised that it will be returned. This issue would stop me from reserving this property in the future.

This is a fantastic place in Santiago, central to a bunch of stuff that's really great to visit - museums, hiking, restaurants, bars, etc. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is secure and staffed 24/7. And the room is clean and convenient! Really enjoyed staying here, and I would stay here again!

My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit in the room was particularly loud. But that's probably my fault because I had it set to a pretty low temperature.

Close to restaurants, bars, museums. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfy. all utensils available for kitchen, mini market right across the street. Room was silent even being on the road side. Good Soundproofing.

Hotel had some issues with the internet service during our stay. The drain in the shower and in the sink both kept getting clogged. Frying pan available was not anti adherent, so even after making scrambled eggs, it was difficult to clean it afterwards. All minor things. we had a very good stay.

The hotel was exactly as advertised - which is all I hoped for. However, a special mention is required for the extra yards that Boris took in ensuring I was looked after. He was very helpful in making recommendations, advising me of local restaurants (down to specific menu and wine choices), assisting with requests, and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as it could be. His attentiveness was much appreciated.

The hotel is quaint and charming in a great location near Bellavista! the staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed.

breakfast was a little sparse (1 egg, 2 pieces of bread, 1 piece of fruit).

Adorable space in a great area, right in between Bellavista district and the Bellas Artes district with tons of options for food and drinks nearby. Comfortable room, quiet, clean, with good wifi. Small kitchenettes in the room, which is where you cook the breakfast (provided) and other meals if you wish.

The apartment had everything you need for a stay. Supermarket across the road. Walking distance to most things recommended to see in Santiago.

Bit noisy being on a busy road, but it is Santiago so to be expected.

Fantastic staff - couldn't do enough for you. Rooms lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was basic but was a great bonus to have in our room at our own speed. Will stay again when next in Santiago.
