Excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs, different coffee and juice options, toast, yogurt or fruit. Small, cozy m, comfortable and brand new hotel with lovely decor. A lot of attention to detail. We had the room with terrace and it made all the difference on the beautiful sunny days we had while there. Lively location during the day but not sure how safe it is at night. We arrived late (midnight) so neighborhood was dead. We spent the evenings with family but saw the restaurant and bars open and people enjoying themselves when we returned to the hotel around 10 pm.

Clean, quiet and comfortable little hotel in the hart of an area full of cafe and restaurants. it was very easy to walk around the area and navigate the city, through the metro station next to it. the area felt quite safe and lively. I loved the breakfast option outside the little alley. rooms were big enough, modern design and comfortable bed. staff was nice and friendly.

I missed having a small fridge in the room to use for water etc. Also my room had a window to the back terrace and could have some noice from the airco units located there. But neither was a big problem nor a real discomfort.

- Amazing location in the heart of Lastarria, next to great restaurants and bars, two metro stations and walking distance to most main attractions - Beautiful, modern, spacious rooms with particularly nice bathrooms - Super courteous and helpful staff (special shout out to Ignacio)

- The central location in a lively area means that rooms, especially those facing the front, are very noisy well into the small hours of the morning - try to get a room at the back; some noise from guests and hotel staff woke us up very early a couple of mornings - There is no elevator so could be a problem for those with mobility issues - The included breakfast is modest by Santiago standards - if an option, consider skipping it and buying something from the many cafes around or venturing a bit further to places like El Huerto or the Wonderland Café.

Fantastic location! Close to a metro station and close to plenty of good restaurants and bars—such a fun and central area! We loved exploring Santiago and returning to our cool (great air conditioning), quiet, and clean room at the end of the day. The included breakfast was an additional bonus. We loved the coffee, juice, avocado toast, etc. We loved our stay here and would definitely return in the future.

Place is smaller than expected, quite hot in the last floor. Really don't like that you need to leave a deposit with your credit card and they make a copy of your ID

Location is perfect, nearby the best restaurants, coffee shops and sightseeings. Good size room, very modern and new. Breakfast is also very good and the staff is very helpful.

The hotel is quite comfortable and in a really great location. The front desk staff was very helpful and communicative before and during the stay. They also help arrange airport pickup and dropoff.

super clean, in a great area with lots of restaurants and cafe’s at the doorstep. All sites of interest at walking distance. helpful staff. The room was very quiet .

Everything was good, the location, the staff, the room, the bathroom.

The price was a little high, but I reserved at the day.
