The breakfast was excellent with many selections available. All of the food was delicious. Christian was very helpful. He saw us walk by the hotel (we didn't see the entrance) and came out to assist us; carried our luggage back into the hotel. He is pleasant, always smiling. The staff at the front desk assisted us by looking up some potential places to shop and provided clear directions for how to walk there.

I wish there had been a clearer explanation of the dinner meal that we ordered. We ended up with lots of food (that we couldn't finish) because we were told that the portions were small, but in fact, they were quite ample. I think that the hotel renovations will be good. It would have been nice to have the market completed when we were there.

Excellent location with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within 200m. Area felt very safe to walk around, even at night. Spacious, well equipped rooms.

Rooms a little dated. View from hotel window not great. Rooftop pool very small but okay for cooling off on a hot afternoon. Breakfast good but expensive.

Staff is extremely helpful. The location is great with great connectivity and restaurants near by. Rooms were good. Breakfast spread was very good. Due to construction, the road was blocked for traffic however the staff was extremely helpful and ensure that guests are not inconvenienced.

Paper cups in plastic for use with kettle but staff kindly found us ceramic mugs. They really need to abandon those cups in plastic.

The room was larger than a standard hotel room. Generally clean and tidy. Good location for restaurants and metros.

Some of the grouting and painting in the bathroom was showing its age. Could have done with a second armchair.

Amazing breakfast with lots of variety. Wonderful rooftop pool and hot tub with very comfortable lounge chairs. Location close to shops and metro station.

The gym didn't have that much equipment, but it was okay.

Large and comfortable bed. Fresh drinking water daily. We had the roof pool and hot tub to ourselves one evening which was lovely. Varied and plentiful breakfast with the friendliest and most helpful waitresses. Reception staff sorted a late check out for us. Good location.

Nothing really to dislike.

The people at the front desk, dining room, cleaners and porter were friendly, helpful and caring. One front desk worker went beyond the call of duty to redeem our faith of Chileans when she heard they we were scammed by taxi from airport to hotel. Don't remember her name.

Comfortable bed, quiet location, good breakfast in the morning, and a staff always pleasant and helpful.

The construction outside the front door was sort of messy, but not really a problem. There was nothing the hotel could do about this.

The staff was extremely kind and polite. We've gone to Chile to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel went out of its way to make sure everything was perfect (I'd like to thank receptionist Paula for all her kindness and help, and also Diego for helping us book a van to get to the wineries). The cafe sent us cake and fruits to celebrate, and they made sure that everything was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was very good.. They have a coffee machine that does several coffee drinks, and an eggs place where they cook you omelette. In addition, there is a large self service Buffett of cheese, fruits, and pastries. Location is excellent, about a couple blocks from Costanera center and close to subway line 1, from which you can easily get to the city center and even close to Concha Y Toro. Across the hotel there is the excellent Baco restaurant and in front of it there is a great hot chocolate cafe. Loved the stay
