Breakfast was modest. The spread could be wider. Same menu repeated for all 4 days I was there. No variety

See above. Also the shower created problems in terms of getting hot water. Water temp kept fluctuating creating difficulty in adjustment of mixer. Many a times there was no hot water

Only two things can be highlighted on the positive side on this property. Location and the terrace on the apartments.

The property is highly overpriced. The apartments, although very clean, are very outdated in design and electronic appliances. For instance, the bathtub is highly obsolete in newer bathrooms design. The furniture in the bathrooms is also significantly deteriorated and should be changed. The apartments' TVs should be over 15 or 20 years good at minimum. Those appliances, although flat, aren't smart TVs. They lack connectivity and a good image. Cable tv as well is very basic, and since the TVs have such a bad image and sound is not even appealing to watch anything. There is a sound system appliance in the apartment that they should sell as a relic. It even has a cassette player. The internet service is non-existent. If you need to work online or like to stream, you better bring your internet. Regarding the staff and the management, although at the beginning of my stay of 30 days, they made some mistakes like giving me an apartment with a horrible odor that even the technical staff didn't know where it was coming from, some other errors on wrong information regarding the services in the facility and the non-delivery of the welcome letter which contains important information. They tried their best to fix it and were very kind to us.

We wanted to use the sofa bed located in the living room. When opening it, it was disgusting to see how dusty it was, we even found someone else's underwear in it. Check in process in lengthy and in a different building. The unit wasn't clean at all. Extremely expensive for what we got
