The most important asset of any hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and so kind and when we wanted to extend our stay, Ignacio and the manageress did everything they could to make space for us. The facilities are fantastic and the food was great, especially the huge availability of breakfast choices.

Absolutely nothing, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time.

The hotel was very clean and modern, and the location was excellent. The hot water had very good pressure.

When the shower was used, there was always some water slipping on the bathroom floor. It was impossible to avoid it. Also, if you want to pay the room in US dollars and avoid the 19% Chilean VAT, you can only do it by credit card or cash. You can't pay with a debit card in US dollars. I understand this is not the hotel's fault, as this is a standard payment issue in Chile, so it is actually the Government's or National Bank's fault.

The staff are really polite and willing to answer any doubts or queries. The facilities are very comfortable and modern. There's a great vibe to the place, and the open space concept of the lobby/common room is great to be in touch with other guests.

There should be a way to signal that your room is ready for housekeeping to come by and make the beds, clean the room, take out the trash, etc. That way you don't return to your room to find it still messy because the housekeepers thought you were sleeping.

Excellent facilities and customer service. The employees at the hotel were extremely welcoming and accommodating. In particular I would like to mention Mr. Jonathan Castillo, who was extremely efficient and professional assisting us extend our stay in the hotel.

Not a criticism, but a suggestion. It would be nice to have tissues (Kleenex) in the bathrooms.

Nearly perfect.Place new, very clean, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Bed very comfortable, room soundproof. They brought me a desk for work immediately when I requested one. My room was on the top floor and I had a great view, too. Area felt very safe, 5 minute walk to the merro.

Nada .:-) Well, maybe my room could've been a bit larger. But I got what I paid for and I'm sure they have larger rooms too. It was big enough for one guest.

The room was bright with a great window view over the city. It was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has everything you need and is a great location. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Really enjoyed our stay.

There was a very strong paint smell which became quite overwhelming. The bathroom was small and the shower flooded, but that wasn't a major issue (we just went through more towels).

Great location, room was very clean and stylish. Bathroom cleaned everyday and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was 6 days the same and somehow limited. The quality can better. The swimming pool is surrounded by vertical bars, dangerous and limiting the (already tiny) space. The staf couldn't inform us about car rentals, we had to search online. Chile Car rental is in the neighborhood.

Amaizing hotel. My first time in this hotel and I am very excited. Big room, comfortable beds, perfect shower, excellent breackfast starts at 06:30am, great lobby and bar. The gym is amaizing and is open 24 hours.

All small details because the hotel is amaizing. The shower leak a little. The swimming pool is not clean.

Modern, quiet and very comfortable. Actually I liked everything about this property. The staff were incredible, they could not do enough for us. The district was modern, clean and felt very safe to walk at nights with plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

The location is perfect, the staff amazing and always with a smile and the attitude to help you. I really enjoy my stay at UGO Hotel and I fully recommend. The swimming pool great and also the terrace in the side to eat or drink something. Parking great with full space.
