Marcello was amazing! He arrived early to meet my family members who arrived in the early morning. He set them up (including with a transit card) and then met my husband and me when we arrived in th early eveining. While we waited for our family members to arrive, he made us each a cup of espresso (with a little biscuit) and visited with us a bit (interesting with my limited spanish). Location is pretty central. With 7 of us travelling together, it was wonderful to have a place with a kitchen and enough bedrooms/beds to accommodate all in one place!

There isn't much that could have been imporved upon! The place could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't a big issue at all!

we loved that our room was split-level. it was a very spacious apartment. it was very clean, the people were incredibly nice and personal and the location was perfect.

something the host isn’t responsible for, but the room was on the 28th floor and there was only one lift that worked, so that meant waiting times in front of the elevator. a little inconvenience but nothing major. other than that: no notes! we loved it!

Location(minutes to the main Des Armes sq, etc), cleaniness, security, super friendly and helpful staff, we dealt with Marcelo, great communication. Nice view from the 28th floor, capacity to leave luggage after the check-out.

The kitchen/living room is on` the 1st floor. The bedroom and bathroom is on the 2nd floor. Might be a challenge for older/or disabled people people.

Everything was perfect! The place is very safe, and there are many safety officers. Very close to the main attractions and big supermarket is about 50 meters from the place. The owner was very nice, he even welcomed us with a cup of coffee.

It's not especially quiet during night, but still we slept like crazy. There is no air condition which is hard if you arrive to Santiago during summer. Only fan available, but it's not enough.

Location, Location, Location. Swimming Pool is Nice being on the Roof but can be crowdy because of how much flats there are in the building.

Its a 30th Floor Building with 4 different sections for lifts making it crowdy but hey it's Central Santiago what else to expect.

The apartment is at the very heart of Santiago, near to everything like restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, it's also near to parks. Marcello is a GREAT host, he's always responsive and he's there whenever you need anything! I totay recommend booking this property Pura vida!

Marcello and staff are amazing. I'm usually not one to interact with staff much, but they really went out of their way at every opportunity to make my time in Santiago the best it could be. Very central, one block from the hotel the road becomes pedestrian only with tonnes of markets, restaurants, cafés, etc, etc.

Really central location. Ten minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral and the Presidential Palace. Ten minutes from metro station. Mini-markets and restaurants nearby. Good wifi. Helpful and friendly owners.

Not as clean as it should be. Dog barking in the next apartment. It's a residential building, neighbours may be noisy.

Nice location. Clean and practical apartment with stove, microwave and fridge.

Check in times are somehow limited but there is a possibility to arrange in advance for out of hours check in. Bathroom could use some updating but everything was working fine.
