The rooms are spacious and have a great seaview. The staff is amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and polite. I think they made the whole experience so much nicer.

The neighbourhood around the Hotel is not that great. So if you want to go out the Hotel for a dinner or drinks, you have to Uber around. The facilities are a bit dated (for example, there are no plugs next to both sides of the bed to charge your phone) The food and drinks are ok, but for a 5 star, I would expect more. I guess that overall for the price I was expecting much more.

We stay here to join in the wedding party. This hotel's staff is always so nice and kind, and the room is enough large and comfortable. (In the winter, we often cannot enjoy the view from the room because of the weather. It happens...)

It was a pity that there was no makeup mirror. I had written in the comments that I was staying to attend a wedding when I made the reservation, so it would have been great if they had taken care of that.

It was a great place to relax before our cruise. The terrace was perfect to sit and read our books enjoying some drinks and snacks. Bedroom was a good size with 2 comfortable armchairs. Nice bathroom with separate bath and walking shower. The staff were very friendly.

Small things. Service on the terrace is very slow and you have to download menus on your phone for all restaurants. Plus prices on the menus didn't match what we were charged.

Location is fantastic, close to everywhere. The staff throughout the property the friendliest and best organised we have met in the 9 years we live in Chile. Sea view and facilities (they have it all: pool, sauna, kids areas - we haven’t used them but looked good). Buffet was excellent, everything fresh and tasty

The hotel rooms are quite aged. This is supposedly 5 star hotel, but for the decor I would give it 3-4. Same for the bathrooms.

excellent location, lovely rooms all with balcony overlooking the ocean. Very well stocked rooms including an iron, very useful when travelling around.

only a slight moan but the staff at the terrace bar were very slow and sometimes did not have a clue as to what was going on but that was all.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We travelled with a baby and they went out of their way to make us comfortable (especially in the restaurant). We also loved the gym (spectacular views and state of the art equipment), and the food is fantastic.

The doors of the hotel rooms make a loud noise when closing, it’s nearly impossible to close them quietly, even if you try. So when trying to sleep in, or take a nap during the day, there is constant banging of doors. A soft-close system would be very helpful here!

Beautiful property, ideally located and so elegant. Staff was extremely solicitous and the restaurants were quite good. Rooms were spacious and airy and the views were outrageous.

No do not disturb sign and requested to clean my room at 16 even when requested to not be disturbed at reception.

All rooms are facing the ocean with a balcony. Stunning spot perched on a rock on a wave-battered point. Short walk to the action in town. Staff were amazing. Food was also unexpectedly some of the best we had in Chile.

Sterile and impersonal building and facilities (typical of chain hotels). Part of the price premium is for the brand with other similar yet more unique stays nearby at a lesser price.

We had a problem at Hotel Oceanic and decide to move to Sheraton and when we arrived there, we had all the support we needed. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. We are just in love with this hotel. The restaurant is very good, breakfast has a great variety of food and everything is carefully displayed.
