The hotels is located in a nice area, with a supermarket, restaurants and ATMs in the area. Never had a problem walk from the hotel wherever I needed to go. And if you have a TransMilenio card, there are several stops near by.

My only complaint would be that the hot water was not as hot as I am used to, specially in the cold Bogota weather. But that is definetly a personal preference, nothing to die over for.

This is a small, unassuming hotel in a good neighborhood in Bogota. The description and photos of the hotel in the Booking website are accurate. The facilities are comfortable, tidy and modern. Breakfast is included and it will not disappoint those with small and large appetites. Parking is also offered but we did not use it. The best asset of this hotel is the manager, Glenis. She is the most efficient and welcoming manager one can hope for. She knows her guests' names, she handles all the operation with warmth and professionalism. We have since returned to stay a few more days as this hotel is on the perfect location for personal reasons.

There seems to be good noise barrier between apartments but not so much with noise from the corridors and stairs. Nothing major as long as guests do not arrive at odd times. They could cater for vegetarians.

Personal is exceptional, if you don't speak Spanish, they really try to explain you all via autotranslators or using another ways. You can try all variants of local breakfasts, which is great! The place is safe, there cafes and shops near by. Also bus stop is very close, so you can use public transport, but taxi is cheap enough. During the day you can get coffee with sweets in a cafe.

Wifi works fine, but every 15-20 min if freezes for a minute, so checking mail is good, but working is not comfortable.

It was very modern, clean, comfy bed, great location at walking distance from several shops, restaurants, public transportation, breakfast included, polite staff

The gym floor could’ve been cleaner, sound proofing could be better as you could hear guests from other rooms or in the hallway, a bit expensive but overall worth it

wry tight parking- other cars may block you ?! very inconvenient , bathrooms is not really disconnected to the living room - wall is not going to the sealing

Sometimes they forgot put soap and shampoo, but once I request them, I was attended quickly
