I am an American and a regular traveler of Colombia and Bogota in particular.... The breakfast at BioHotel is the best I have had anywhere. Along with the normal breakfast offering; eggs made to order, postrys, coffee, tea, etc... BioHotel offers a fresh Super Green & detox juice along with fresh soup that I have not seen offered daily..... The jacuzzi is huge and there is a gym with free dumbells and other equipment that allows for a real workout..... Although I have not utilized the massage services yet, they are conveniently offered on the top floor in a private setting. The location also offers great food options with GREAT Italian right around the corner.....

I have yet to find an area to privately catch some vitamin D (Sun) without a shirt (I am male) but the front patio is a great place to enjoy fresh air....

A Super cool staff, they will help with anything they can do. Modern and new rooms it's a highlight for this Hotel. ✨️ You can clearly see their eco friendly environment all around

WiFi was terrible, unestable and not strong enough to host video calls, if you plan to work I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I expressed my concerns to the staff but there was nothing they could solve. towels were not soft! Small details that I would love for you to review. Breakfast options are not a lot so if you have a long stay you will get bored.

The space is very well appointed. The design is quite charming with all amenities a practical traveler might want. The dining room is lovely, service was excellent and the food very good. The room felt particularly spacious, impeccable and the bathroom very comfortable. Excellent value! An added bonus was the small gym that had good equipment. Highly recommend this property.

The staff were amazing. In a large city like Bogotà you cannot always expect the best or most personal service. The staff of the Biohotel Organic Suites went out of their way to make my stay pleasant: calling me to inform me my room was ready (and calling again when I did not pick up the first time), helping me with my luggage both to the room and to the taxi that was standing on the other side of the street - without me having to ask, a funny little chat at breakfast, towels quickly brought to the spa area, etc. The room was very spacious, with a large window on a quiet street.

The state of the hotel, mostly the facilities such as the gym and the spa felt a little tired. The room felt bare and the lighting in it was mediocre. Moreover, the towels were extremely worn, with holes (some repaired) and loose threads.

Very good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for staying during the weekend because of the fantastic jacuzzi/sauna/gym area and great location (close to Usaquen)

The breakfast could have more variety. I would change the carpet in the rooms.

I know Bogota and this hotel is in a safe area (very important here if you're obviously not South American) and there's a lot of supermarkets and the mall and the market is at walking distance. The hotel room was bigger as expected with a huge bed. The fitness room was perfect and had all the facilities for a full body workout. The sauna and jacuzzi are one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Some minor issues like water not available in fitness room and no towels for the sauna, but this was easily solved with one phonecall and a bit of patience ;-)

the restaurant was difficult for me to order as I had strict dietarle restrictions and not speaking Spanish was difficult. though that is my fault for not learning more but maybe descriptions or photos of dishes could help.

Very modern, super clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Breakfast in the morning was delicious - there was a buffet, and they came to your table to ask if you'd like eggs, and how you'd like them cooked. The hotel is in a quiet area in Bogota.

The superior double room is spacious, comfortable and has a big bed. Hotel staff is very helpful. You have big choice for breakfast (but you have to pay for water even if the breakfast is included in your room rate). On the rooftop there is sauna, jacuzzi and a well equipped gym. You are a few minutes walk from the old Usaquén district, and there is a supermarket on your way (two minutes walk on Avenida Carrera 7).

You cannot refill your bottles with water to reduce the use of plastic.
