The staff is kind and polite. It is a nice hotel to stay at.

The receptionist did not give us information about the restauarants. She took my ID for the checking but she did not give it back to us for a day becausr they did not were it was and it took a day and a half to get it back. The restaurant closes at 5.pm on sundays and we did not have any idea They do not have a coffee maker in the room. Other than that everything was fine.

The location was great but difficult to get to when first arriving from the highway. The hotel was beautifully appointed and the room was elegant. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! The restaurants were wonderful. The staff was excellent and very helpful. This hotel had many good qualities and we were very impressed for the most part. And if you don't have transportation, you can get everything at the hotel and the surrounding places. It's also very close to an elegant mall.

Everything was excellent except for the Wi Fi which was horrible! I had meetings via Zoom and I couldn't even connect with a steady signal much less hold a meeting. The signal kept dropping. There was a lot of perfume in the hotel so if you're sensitive to fragrances this is a tough spot. Colombia is big on perfuming things!

The receptionist Angie was excellent from the welcome, she made us feel very good and welcomed in the hotel.

It was difficult to get food at the hotel. We arrived around 8pm. While we settled in and organized it was 10 o'clock and at that time we couldn't get anything to eat, since the room service didn't have any more service. The same thing, the restaurant outside was only open until 9pm, being a Friday weekend, it should be a little later. We had to go to town to get food. Another aspect is parking since they do not have an agreement with the hotel for guests and they have to pay a very high rate. Since we didn't have a car or the facility of a taxi or Uber, we had to take a flota to get to town.

It is comfortable and clean.

Customer service is terrible, they don’t make you feel welcome. We stay there often and the staff barely says hello. We also stopped including the breakfast with our reservation because they attention was very bad. They didn’t serve the coffee, I had to ask and it felt I was bothering them. Unfortunately, it is the best choice around the area so we always go back but the attention and costumer service should be better.

Breakfast is delicious! It’s a confortable place, We really like the place, good located.

We been here before and I thought was better than last time, I asked a room in a high floor and They didn’t attend my suggestion also the breakfast was including in the prize and this time was almost o equal price without the breakfast cost., We arrived at 8-9 pm and They never called before to ask or say something about the reservation, I think the customer service could be better, more warmer.

Breakfast buffet was of high quality food and very well presented. The ambiance of the restaurant was bright and fun. Gorgeous views to start the day!

Little diversity from one day to another so after a few days it felt tired and unimaginative. Unfortunately, when it came within 30 mins of closing they would stop bringing out fresh food so if you came close to closing time selection would be meager.

Very nice hotel, big rooms with huge windows. Comfortable beds.

In the morning it was problem with hot water in shower. In one day I hadn't time to wait for hot water, in the second - water started to be hot after few minutes.

Breakfast was delicious, view was incredible, staff were lovely. This is basically the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with an insane value for money, and I would definitely return.

Honestly I’d give this place full stars except for one VERY ANNOYING thing: the smoke detector in our room blinked every ten seconds with a strong flashing light. At night it was enough to wake me and my children up, as the blink mimics a flash of lightning in the dark. They need to replace their smoke detectors with a model that doesn’t have a flashing light. Bring a mask or sleep on your side.

The whole stay was amazing. The beds SO COMFY. The room was super spacious. Very high tech with their house keeping options.

The remote for the window shade could be placed in a different spot. Took a little while to find it.

Really modern hotel with a very comfortable bed, cool interior design, and nice view out the window.

You have to pay for parking and the hotel thinks they are giving you a good deal by saying "You get a 40% discount on parking for staying with us!". The hotel should just validate and pay for the parking themselves. It felt pretty cheap and stingy to be honest. If anything, just raise the prices and include it in the price.
