The rooms are beautifully decorated -- they are meticulously designed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop was beautiful. The hotel has an excellent location right in the action but not directly in the heart of max noise like some other hotels.

The water in the shower wasn't very hot. I was there for 4 days and it was obvious housekeeping hadn't been wiping down the bathroom counter. I still saw the same stains each day. Admittedly, we were running around all day that I did not have a chance to ask anyone to fix it but it made me worried they were only making the bed each day.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk to Poblado Metro Station. The staff is very friendly. The anemnities and coffee was really taste and lovely.

The room looked like in the pictures. I was a bit of dissapointed that the hotel was not able to make the breakfast to take away due to the leaving at 7 am to the early flights as the kitchen was opening at seven and it was not possible to prepare at the evening and keep the sandwich in the fridge. We celebrated 10 years anniversary. The offered package were pricey or i would expected more. The hair drayer would be lovely in the room.

The personnel was very attentive to our needs, hotel is beautiful, very clean and centrally located right next to Provenza area. The breakfast was very tasty (options to pick from a menu and freshly cooked), and the rooftop has an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side but very well organized and decorated, with a private balcony.

For those with a lighter sleep, you could hear some noises at night from the nearby clubs even though the rooms are well insulated (did not disturb me personally).

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The location is prime if you like to party, shop and eat as everything is walking distance. The rooftop is beautiful as well and it has a pool. The hotel is accesible by car (taxi or uber), very easy to find. The staff can help you with anything: tours, taxi, rest... whatever you need.

The pool doesn't have a lounge area, the pool is part of the rooftop bar so I didn't feel comfortable using it. But that's personal preference. Noise - this didn't bother me but do know that there's noise from the bars/clubs that are nearby. If you are a light sleeper this might affect your decision on booking or not. Please note that the rooms/doors are soundproof so you can barely hear it and each room has a white noise machine in case you want to use it.

We loved the design of the hotel, the breakfast was nice and the beds comfy. The hotel is in a busy area but the rooms were well insulated from the noise outside. The rooftop was also really nice!

It was strange to have to do our own inventory on arrival. There were also constants mistakes made by the service team, although each time only small errors in hindsight it adds to quite a lot of obvious mistakes (room service with no cutlery, payments charged twice, room service order ignored). The staff were very friendly though, probably just need to be more attentive

The location of the hotel was ideal for my trip. The bars and restaurants nearby are great too. The rooms have a great vibe to them which makes them very very relaxing. The staff was very kind and helpful at all times, and never failed to smiled and wish us well.

The water pressure in the shower was not ideal, and while the hotel is very well soundproofed from the outside, the noise coming from within the hotel can still keep you awake or wake you up. It happened rarely, but guests or staff would be moving in the hallways loudly which interrupted sleep or calls.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Poblado, Medellín. You walk outside and there’s so much to do… eat, drink, party, smoke hookah it’s all within walking distance. It’s also the nicest and safest part of town — huge bonus. The complimentary breakfast was nice! It was more than enough and I love how you eat on the patio, but my husband and I mostly grabbed bfast at other spots to try different food. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant during the day but it’s super cute. The rooms are pretty small but we never spend tons of time in our room so no issue for us. The rooms and other areas of hotel are beautifully decorated giving very much an modern jungle vibe. The rooftop has a gorgeous view and it gets bumpin at night with good house music! The rooftop pool is also a nice touch but doesn’t seem that many people get in it. Overall, this hotel is a whole vibe and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Only thing I was a bit disappointed in is the fact we were charged for “dirtying” a towel and a set of sheets. I used the towel to clean up a coffee mess because the coffee maker spilled over onto the floor. As for the set of sheets, I wore leg makeup one night and didn’t wash it off before getting into bed, and it got on the sheets. It easily washes off clean in the wash though… We’ve never been charged for dirtying linens at any other hotel before (and I wear this leg makeup all the time) so we thought that was really strange. My advice is make sure not to stain any linens while you’re there, or you will get charged an extra fee.

Design was modern and cool. The view from the rooftop was amazing. Staff was great, polite and well prepared. Rooms had noise cancelling.

They didn’t offer free drinking water like other hotels I’ve been in Medellín, only the first night, they would charge you for water afterwards. Check out had to be earlier than usual (11:00 A.M.). The cocktails and drinks at the rooftop were a little pricey and took long to be ready. Pool closed early, couldn’t use it. The location was great but the street could be a little cleaner.

Absolutely loved my time at this hotel! The rooftop bar with a live DJ and pool overlooking the city created an incredible atmosphere. The in-room jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, and the convenience of being in the heart of Provenza's nightlife was unbeatable. Add to that the delicious food, helpful staff, and comfortable room – it's the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable stay!

No room service in the morning was a bit inconvenient. There is just one tiny elevator, which is not so ideal sometimes. Also, if you plan on sleeping early, especially on weekends, be aware that the music from outside the room can be slightly disruptive. However, the overall experience was positive.

The most attentive staff during our 3 week holiday in Colombia. The receptionists were very helpful and forthcoming. Loved the design concept and attention to detail. Since the hotel had been opened only few weeks, everything was still spotless. Eventhough neighborhood was noisy, room was very quiet since rooms (windows) were very soundproof. Bed was very comfortable. Had a perfect sleep.

Though I loved the room design and the idea that you could hide stuff out of sight to the bed drawer, some hooks on the walls would be nice. Especially when it's been raining outside and coat needs to dry somewhere.
