The basic layout of the apartment is good if you’re looking for a two bedroom. The shower had hot water. It was cheap enough that we could do a side trip to Guatape and keep your apartment while we were gone.

The kitchen is minimal at best. And provided healing turn on stick and fairly functional. There was a little on the way basic kitchen necessities like a cutting board. The last day something was sprayed in the building that drove us out. What was the most horrific smell I’ve ever encountered. The daily maid service advertising the site does not exist. We were there for a week and had one cleaning after we asked for it. It’s a very noisy street.

room was good, smell nice. had coffee maker and stove. balcony very nice view. staff nice people texted them a few times got a quick response. location fairly close to everything - very loud though. if you are going to rest not good for you. there is a club/techno house right under the hostel, drunk people screaming, laughing and troughing up day and night. however if you going like me to party is perfect clubs very close by, restaurants, hookah lounge, beauty salon, super market and much more. WIFI worked perfect.

the area is way to loud, too may people asking for money around there even if you seat in the balcony in my case 2nd floor they will still try to get you. me and my boyfriend used to seat there to have some beers with all lights off so, no one could notice us. also, please bring your own towels.

Stayed with a friend for 5 nights. Excellent location, close to everything. Lovely helpful staff 24 hours and felt pretty safe. Felt pretty safe walking back late at night with some basic street awareness. Our apt was on the top floor, so was not that loud from the underground club compared to lower units. Weekday nights are pretty quiet at night. We could sleep properly. Rooms were clean and equipped with some useful kitchen stuff to use. Guest friendly.

The living area in our 2 bedroom unit did not had an AC due to which it can get little warm during the day, but we kept the bedroom doors open to make entire apt cooler. No elevator, so had to take the stairs with all the luggage, but it was okay for us since we are physically very active. Some noise from the street on weekend nights - but not a major issue on top floor units.

the entire front desk team & the house keeping staff were very friendly & super helpful. The kitchenette, AC, Hot Water, Wifi & the beds were great. The outdoor patio was huge but I didn't use much because of the rain. The proximity to everything was also good. The fresh smell of clean laundry in the lobby every morning..

There was no place to hang up clothes.. Other rooms had racks. The futon couch wasn't in the living room like the picture. There was no safe. Other reviews mentioned the nail salon that's embedded into the hotel. I only smelled the acrylic while in the hallway as my room was a level up & away with a huge window and a door for outside ventilation. So not a problem for me. Also mentioned here was the club next door. It was not open every night. I slept through the nice house music on the comfy bed. Again no problem for me. The plants on the patio need some attention.. There should be a little hotel sign out front. Sone very minor issues that never impacted my stay and can be easily adjusted. I'd stay here again.

The staff, specifically the young man at the reception on the morning shift, is outstanding , respectful, and helpful . Location location location is a 10 They have enforced the rules for noise and that's a Pluss .

They charge 30,000 pesos for laundry Per kilos Walk around the corner, and there's a laundry that only charges 6,000 pesos per kilos, and it's just literally less than 20 steps away 45,000 for the cleaning service ( Every time you want your room clean )

The location was great. Easy to access the hearth of El Poblado. The room was big enough to differentiate itself from a standard hotel room. The kitchen equipment was good.

The balcony. Even though it is big, there are only two chairs (no table etc.), which are unsuitable for spending time on the balcony. The room service was not sufficient. They offered to neither clean the room nor change the towels during three-night stay.

Location location location It's just 10/10 on location. Everything is just a couple of steps away, except the grocery is a couple of blocks, but really, who wants groceries

My room didn't have any cable service on the TV, not even local channels I ended up streaming from my phone to watch Netflix, but the wifi was going on and off at daytime. Im guessing it's when everyone uses the wifi . It's noisy at night but com on I was in the middle of everything so I didn't care

Nice bed rooms, clean, good location

There is a club just behind the hotel, so they start exploding techno at 1 am until 7 am non stop, I am really resistant to noise at night and I don’t care if there is a party near or something, but this was totally out of control, our windows were bouncing and everything was shaking with music inside the bedroom, so that was awful. Receptionist girl, was not really kind but not rude

It was beautifully clean, with a nice balcony, I was very satisfied, I have rarely had such a nice and nice hotel

Unfortunately, I have nothing to complain about, I didn't find anything that would bother me, even if I think about it for a long time, I can't find anything that would bother me so much, it was good there

Fantastic location, helpful people, i would stay there again BUT keep in mind it can be super noisy until 2:00/3:00 am at the weekends as there is a discoteca under the hotel and they are charging 30,000 pesos to clean your room which was sooo awkward. This is not really a hotel hotel, it is more like an apartment.
