Excellent breakfast every morning, this gave us the opportunity to taste a sample of local foods. The breakfasts were very delicious and always had high quality, fresh ingredients!

This was not the fault of the hotel, but we had another guest get rooms mixed up and bang on our door for several minutes in the middle of the night because they thought they were locked out of their room. Once we called the front desk, the staff came immediately and identified the problem. The location of the hotel is also a bit far from the metro but we ended up taking Ubers and Taxis which were also very affordable.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the fresh juice was exceptional. The air conditioning worked great in the bedroom, and the blackout curtain worked well to keep out light at night. You can hear some street noise from inside the room, but it wasn't terrible. I prefer a central location instead of a super quiet neighborhood. And in my experience, hearing some street noise is typical for most cities in Latin America.

The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood. It was very walkable with parks and lots of options for eating and drinking nearby. However, this hotel is far from any Metro station, which was annoying. Uber is always an option, but traffic can be terrible if you leave this neighborhood and there may not be any available Ubers depending on your destination.

Location: superb. Definitely one of the reasons why I chose the place. Noise: no noise! Some friends stayed in other locations and that was their biggest complaint. At Laureles the surroundings are quiet and pretty. Staff: very king, helpful, and open. Breakfast: you can serve unlimited times, it has scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt, bread, juices. I would come back, particularly for a work trip.

The breakfast could have better fruit or more options, considering that we are in Latin America, but it still was good enough. And the staff at the restaurant was incredibly kind and helpful when needed.

We were welcomed warmly by reception. The young Colombian man who was learning English ( I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) was very helpful and went above and beyond with service and was always smiling and cheerful. A pleasant surprise was our room was available early and we were offered coffee when we arrived. The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast with the friendliest staff and the outdoor patio setting was like being in Europe. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and a sitting area. The shower had plenty of hot water. We liked that the room had a safety box. The area was safe a night , we walked to local food places. You need to Uber to get to the main sightseeing.

Fruit at breakfast was varied and fresh. Room was spacious with hot water and great shower pressure. Staff was kind and helpful - especially when arranging a ride to the airport. Location was great - near many restaurants and even a walking food tour! Filtered water available. Enjoyed windows that opens and even a balcony!

Breakfast buffet was ok - felt that the main dishes could have been more varied (too much fried). It would be helpful to have a water carafe, as we were on the sixth floor and only had a small water bottle. Needed chair on the balcony!

Loved the Laureles neighborhood - safe, quiet, residential. It’s not super close to the transport stations but taxis or Ubers are cheap and easy. Bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious. Breakfast was fabulous - with different items every day and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No soundproofing in rooms - even in a quiet neighborhood you can clearly hear every car drive by and people talking outside.

Great location, all facilities and nice restaurants nearby. Staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. Very good facilities and services. A very friendly and welcoming place.

Rooms at the back of the hotel are on a main route into Laureles and suffer from traffic noise which goes on all night. I think the road at the front of the hotel is quieter. I was ok with the aircon on and earplugs in!

The best part is staff! Amazing, attentive helpful and friendly!!! Thanks Alex for greeting me every night after I was coming back late from parties :) Hot water always available and running, nice breakfast and they change few items every day so it doesn’t feel same. Bed was big and comfortable.

I know you can use taxi and Uber but the metro is excellent in Medellin and very cheap. The hotel is far from any station, so I had to uber many times a day. But maybe it is not an issue for others.

Very good location for night life. Safe to walk around between 6pm and 10pm (and probably beyond, but that's ween we retired). Clean streets, mimimal begging and in-your-fave abject poverty compared to El Poblado (also stayed thefe 3 weeks so know all about it)..large comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Passenger lift.

Showers water sustainable ad the nozzle ejected ss much water as a fireman's hose Nice snd warm however. Bathroom hand-basin pop-up plug/waste got stuck down so I couldn't empty the sink One bedside lamp not eorking and the other looked electrically unsafe.. They would benefit from maintenance incpections rather than wait until a customer complains. All that said, it was still a nice experience and would stay again without question

spacious rooms and very friendly staff, supermarket nearby as well as some cafes and restaurants, the hotel offers a well price lunch during the week, there is also a mall in walking distance

there is some street noise from the large road behind the hotel, the coffee at breakfast is not very good (considering the region is famous for it's coffee), the metro system is not very close, however one can easily get a taxi
