I loved the spacious apartment and the location could not be better. I would stay here again.

I was on the 4th floor, and no elevator. Apartment looked well worn and needs upgrading. The bath towel was old and worn, and felt stiff sun dried. Took two days to get me a coffee/tea maker. The stove did not work and they brought me a camp style kitchen top stove to boil water for tea (in a saucepan). I felt once you checked in and paid the staff couldn't care less. This place lacks attention to detail.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Soy Local and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities except an iron and ironing board. The staff did provide an iron at my request, but the iron is shared and there is none assigned to each room. The bed was not uncomfortable but could be improved. The WIFI was strong and reliable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious tacos which is sold in a taco restaurant downstairs of the hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. Overall, my stay at Soy Local was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, luxurious jacuzzi , and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Medllin.

No iron and ironing board. Rooms are not soundproof making it easy to get a loud noise charge. Bed could be a little more comfortable.

Everything you need for a stay they have. Close to all the night life and good restaurants. Staff is very helpful. If you are doing tours the company picks you right up at the hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t mind the noise at night as you are surrounded by the night life but you something to take into account if you are a light sleeper. I would have liked an extra blanket as the bedding is very light.

The property was magnificent, clean, simple decor, everything you will need for a short stay, right in the heart of the nightlife, surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores. The staff went above and beyond to assist with our inquiries.

There was a misunderstanding involving the products in the minibar, we were informed we had some snacks and beverages, that we could purchase and the menu had all the information. We didn’t touch the products as we were outside most of the day. When we checked out it seemed that according to the desk person (never saw them before, the woman who welcomed us and assisted us during our stay wasn’t present at this time) a Coke was missing, which we never touched but nevertheless it was uncomfortable to go through this…

Walking distance to metro station El Poblado, full of restaurants and bar at Provenza and Parque Lleras. Location is excellent

If you cant sleep with loud music around, this isnt place for you. Since it is at Poblado, you can hear all the loud music from bars around. Bathroom did not have a space to put soap either shampoo/conditioner, literally had to put at the border of the window

The location is great, you are staying in the heart of the bar district, so you don't need to take a taxi. The jacuzzi was the highlight of the room. It is huge and working great.

The room is right by the reception, so you can hear everyone all the time. I can't complain about street noise, because we chose the location and were aware of general noise, but the reception area noise was annoying. There is a couch-like thing in the room that is the hardest coach in the world. Don't sit on it, it may work as a luggage holder :D The room is quite dark, and 'fancy' lights do not help it at all.

Perfect location in El Poblado, ideal for going out and exploring the city during the day and night. Kitchen had good amenities to make food . Air conditioning worked super well! Loved the rooftop.

A little noisy at night from the street music. Hand soap was not included at first, but they provided shampoos. We asked for extra towels and the staff helped out.

Incredible location in Poblado, 1 minute away from the party streets. Very safe and very close to fast food restaurants such as Dominos or KFC, convenience stores, ATMs. The small hotel does fit the 3 star rating but needs some improvement. Nevertheless, cost wise, incredible option taking into consideration the location.

No scooter parking in front. You can park at the other Soy Local hotel 5 minutes walk away.

Modern rooms, everything super clean, very well located. Most beautiful receptionist ever (forgot the name, but she was stunning and helpful for everything).
