We were having trouble picking a place because there are really no resorts in the area this hotel isn't new but they are always maintaining it. They accommodated what we needed for sleeping. They had enough places to eat on site and the food was outstanding. As an American we were not sure where and what would be safe so that is why we choose this. I would highly recommend not walking on that boardwalk if you cannot speak Spanish at night The beach was right there and some of the staff spoke English a bit and help us. We looked at aquamarine it was brand new and looked nice. we ate over there with friends the food was horrible and the only thing they really had was the nice decks and a view. we are glad we picked this hotel The breakfast was amazing

we would say that the property was amazing, probably the best on the island. location was perfect, right on the beach and the beach view room was incredible. The cleanliness too. The breakfast buffet was rich and fresh and full of different foods, fruits and pastries. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurants were okay, nothing special.

So for the first night we had a nice hot shower. The following days it was always frigid cold no matter the time or how long we ran the water. The next Issue was the WIFI, it was very very weak and slow. The third issue was the TV, for a smart TV it didn’t work well. We tried to use Netflix and it did not work. We contacted the front desk and they said it is normal because of the poor WIFI.

This property was very LOVELY and comfortable considering the location.

I did not realize that it was located in a PUBLIC AREA. I am used to ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS and I never thought about the PRIVACY ASPECT of the properties. This Hotel Casablanca is in a public setting with locals making noise all times of night ! Resorts have PRIVATE BEACHES !! Other than the NOISE ALL NIGHT ASPECT, the hotel was GREAT. The accommodations were just fine, the staff was LOVELY, and the food was OUTSTANDING !!

Perfect location. In the Sprat Bight beach, in front of the sea and the pedestrian road. The breakfast is excellent. New room in the 5th floor with balcony and view of the sea. Swimming pool.

Very comfortable and bright space. They have multiple restaurants onsite and the dining is excellent. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I loved my stay at Hotel Casablanca, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

There is nothing that I did not like about the property.

Door lock was terrible. Took ages to lock and unlock every time. Communication was poor when trying to alter my booking. Wanted to add 1 person and they added 2 at a ridiculous cost. then couldn't change it, so had to cancel booking and request no cancel fee so I could rebook from scratch to get it fixed and save me 6.000.000 peso

The room was large and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel has 4 resteraunts with some of the best food on the island. They have laundry service, which is super convenient. We will stay here next time we are in San Andres. The location is superb. Right on the beach and not far from the shack where you buy the boat trips to the Cays .

Breakfast was the best I’ve had in any of the Colombian hotels: great buffet! The staff was great and very professional. The room was very clean and nice. I also liked the side sea view. The location was very good for someone who appreciates being in the center.

WIFI is terrible, but it is terrible all over the island. The room was tiny and I found everything on this island is overpriced and also the hotels.

The location is ideal. The second floor roof top is a great space. We enjoyed our stay and the bkfast was a great selection.

it would be nice if they provided at least one bottle of water in the room for the guests. We paid the buffet dinner but very limited.

Location, friendly staff, a generous a diverse breakfast buffet We had a bad room the first night, smelled humid, and with a bad lock on the door. But they gave us a nice room the next day, and treated us like queens thereafter. The rooms in the tower are really nice! They also helped us with reservations into the linked restaurants.
