From the moment the driver met us at the airport, we received excellent service. Our flight was delayed but we were picked up within minutes of exiting the airport. Upon arrival at the property, we were greeted by an employee with our keys. The unit was spotless and nicely furnished. I loved my upstairs bedroom which was beyond spacious with a private bathroom/shower/tub. The bed was comfortable but I like firm beds. My brother took the first floor bedroom, which also had a spacious bathroom but he didn’t enjoy the firm bed as much. ☺️ Still he said he slept well. The property is fully gated and a guard is on the property 24/7 so safety isn’t an issue. We walked to a Fresh Market grocery (which is well stocked with anything you might want, including Vegan products, fruit, fresh produce, beer, wine, fresh bread…), and a mall which had everything from a Rx, Veterinarian, and restaurants: Mexican, Italian, Steakhouse, Seafood, Indian, Chinese plus a neat bakery. Trust me, if you crave it, they have it and the food was DELICIOUS! It’s a one mile walk each way but great exercise. Or you could grab a taxi or Uber. We always went to the shopping area during the day. I wouldn’t walk there at night due to the traffic and area’s of the roadway without sidewalks. Lastly, the breakfast served daily at the hotel was healthy and enjoyable. The staff, from the manager Denise, to the security, grounds and housekeeping staff were truly AMAZING! We look forward to coming back and already told them we’d be returning in the future. Absolutely awesome experience. Hats off to this team or amazing people.

This was a very nice apartment. My wife didn't want to leave she loved it so much. It was a big apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom was large with an incredible bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The swimming pool was just a few steps from the door of the apartment. The breakfast was brought to us on a tray because of covid precautions. The. breakfast was OK considering the situation. The staff treated us very well. We reserved the apartment for a later date we liked it so well.

The swimming pool water was to cold for me.

There is space for everything you need. It is not an open design but you have table and chairs on your own terrace. The breakfast is simple but different every day with fresh juice and always fresh fruit. There is a Fresh Market (smaller and different than the US) within walking distance but may be a challenge for those that have trouble with uphill walks.This is a peaceful area which is a plus in the Central Valley

We decided to stay last night of our 3 weeks long travel adventure here because of our flight time. The place was over our expectation. It was big 2 storey unit with 2 washrooms, office, equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Yes it is a little bit outdated in compare with modern luxury hotels, but well built. People and service were just amazing! "Tico time" is not about this hotel. The service more like Gormany style - breakfast to your door at 7 Am sharp. Same with the taxi and it was free ride to airoport. Thank you guys!

English conversation could be better, but it's OK - Pura Vida!

Because I was alone and had the whole apt...it was so much room, I felt like I was in a palace. The airport shuttle was the determining factor in my booking and that was arranged with precision, both the pickup and the 3 am shuttle to my plane. The guard even came to carry my suitcase to the shuttle at 3:00 am! I also needed a place to eat dinner and the taxi was arranged to drop me off and pick me up 90 minutes later. the apt was more than spacious and the furnishings were definitely quality.

Dennis was amazing!!!! We were only there for one night before heading out and wish I could have stayed longer. Facilities were great, Dennis is amazing and our room was very impressive. He takes pride in everything that he does, we had a 6:00 am flight so couldn't get breakfast, so at 3:45 he had fresh fruit and OJ delivered for us. Dennis, you are awesome and any time I come to San Jose, I'll stay at you resort!!!!!

Nothing, everything was great

A roomy fully equipped apartment, not too far from the airport in a secure area. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, large kitchen, balcony with table and chairs, shared swimming pool, very friendly staff. Basic but OK breakfast, shop and restaurants nearby.

There is a lot of street noise at night. There are no curtains in the bedrooms.

I liked the location. Ample room and a good price. My breakfast sandwich had mold on the cheese.. They had a vehicle to take us to the airport (7 of us) and that was greatly appreciated.

my friends and I were concerned because you kept the copy of our passport. That is private info and we wanted that shredded after we left. No one was on site to help or discuss our concerns.

Perfect place to stay after nighttime flight arrival. Dennis was exceptionally helpful on so many fronts - sim cards, shuttles, ATMs, advice on the area, etc. Comfortable, very spacious rooms along with a nice breakfast. We have already booked another stay there the night before our morning departure flight and would highly recommend.

Very convenient for airport travel, meals and small grocery store within half mile walk, very clean and comfortable apartment --plenty of space for family of 5. Neighbors were loud and management addressed it as well as provided complimentary breakfast. Very responsive, helpful and friendly.
