Everything is perfect! Service : 5 stars! Gino is extremely nice, he helped to pick us up and carry our big luggage from the gate to the property. Without him, to be honest we dont have any idea how to survive the stairs. Though apparently it is not a very long / steep stairs. Property : it is a 2 stairs property, with bedroom downstairs and bathroom upstairs. Quite unique but very clean and well decorated! They certainly put attention to details on navigating the limited space. Location : very conveniently located nearby the jesuit stairs (the walk of shame stairs of cersei), and just 1 min walk from Buza Bar, and 5 min to main street. Additional sweetness : The view from the upstairs window is so lovely. This property certainly deserves a 10/10.

We loved the location of this property as it was right in old town Dubrovnik and very close to restaurants and all attractions. It was great to be immersed in the old world experience. It was relatively quiet too. We could also hear the sounds of musical instruments from students playing at the nearby Music School. Very special and it added to the ambiance. The room was very quaint. We really enjoyed this place. Stayed 4 nights

The bathroom was up some stairs but we got used to that.

I absolutely loved my cosy duplex room. The location is fantastic - it's just a few steps away from the Jesuits staircase (the one that Cercei walked down, yep), and there's a cool view on the Old Town from the window upstairs. The accommodation was clean and quiet at night due to fantastic soundproof windows. With open windows during the day you can hear some music from the neighbouring music school but it's rather quiet and very pleasant. Marino was a great host, he was always there whenever I needed him, and I even got a hand in bringing my suitcase down the stairs!

Great way to experience staying within the walls of Old Town Dubrovnik. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Close to everything! Very accommodating host.

Old Town is a no car/vehicle zone. It is a 5 minute walk on cobblestones and many steps to reach this apartment from the city gate. The many stairs maybe needs to be shown with photos. There is also a set of steep stairs within the apartment to reach bathroom on upper level. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware of this. Those with a lot of luggage can hire another company to deliver/pick-up using a hand cart.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well as access to the sea. Perfect for a short stay! The aircon was already running when we arrived, which was a bonus as it was very warm outside. Very easy to communicate with the rental team, quick replies both via Booking.com as well as WhatsApp. Would highly recommend!

The location in the old town was fantastic. The rooms had been very sympathetically renovated and were extremely clean and comfortable. Everything catered for to suit a short (4 day) break.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with our booking and we were not allocated the room we had booked. Our arrival was late at night, but we contacted the owners who were extremely apologetic and we were moved to the correct room first thing the next day with no problem.

Great location in the old city, walking distance to all attractions. it was really clean and tidy and lovely comfortable bed. The little terrace was really cute - just a shame we didn’t stay longer to make use of it.

Nothing to dislike about the lovely property. I know others have said there are lots of stairs but there are hundreds of stairs everywhere! if you chose to stay in the old city then expect to encounter loads of stairs! you can also hear from the other room above if you are in room 1 but that is to be expected of an old property & you should expect to have a little noise.

The host was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything very clearly and introduced the town very well. There was also a book with lots of information about travelling within and around the town (the book was designed exclusively for this accommodation). Moreover, the host also provided us to keep our luggage in the accommodation after we checked out.

lovely apartment and hearing the music coming through the open window (from a music school) was nice. was far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful.

a better description of how to find it would be better, the photo of the archway in the “find us” info is like playing cluedo. when you spot the arch (make sure you check your paperwork), head thru arch and up approx 20 more steps. you’ll see a tiny sign on right outside saying sweet house.

It was right in the middle of the Old Town...very convenient to everything we wanted to do, with a small private terrace, very comfy bed, good wi-fi, good shower. Linda who prepared our room was extremely helpful.

We were warned that there were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment and they weren't kidding., but do-able if one takes it slow. There was a bit of confusion around accessing our room, but messaging via the booking app got us through.
