Beautiful property with excellent views and an exceptional Botanical Garden that was very unique . Very helpful and nice staff very clean environmentally conscious

Not really a criticism but is it not walking distance to town or restaurants we knew this ahead of time so we rented a car Taxis are very expensive Also if you are looking for local cuisine you should look outside the resort

Very nice and relaxing place, good for family and quietness. There is always enough chairs and cabana to accommodate everyone. Food was excellent including the breakfast Overall, staffs was brilliant and accommodate the needs and

The property looks isolate and there is nothing much at surrounding within walking distance. Car is required even for simple groceries or buy things. The beach is quite small and lot of death corals (not to blame the hotel though) and one need footwear while swimming on the beach

The room was exceptional (ocean view, in front of the beach). Very good breakfast as well, well prepared staff.

The hotel is remodeling, and our room was very noisy during the day. on the other hand, it was an upgrade from an inferior room, so we did not complaint and felt it was worth it.

Unfortunately we saw the cleaning lady steal our bag of new clothes and put in the cleaning cart. Cleaning workers are not supposed to take anything from the room. We reported many times. Not sure some actions was taken by the hotel. We still paid a lot of money for our stay and we were scared for our stuff and clothes during our stay. Very unfortunate.

I had a fairly acceptable breakfast at this hotel. However, it was quite crowded, which slightly affected the experience. Also, I would have preferred to see more vegetarian options. There were also not many options for children at breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was acceptable. The hotel's location is excellent, with a very beautiful beach perfect for snorkeling and various beach games. The pool is well-organized and offers a pleasant experience. The sushi restaurant and the à la carte restaurant were very good, with very tasty food.

What I didn't like: Hygiene products were not replaced daily in the room. While the room was cleaned, these items were not replenished. Additionally, the entrance to the parking was constantly blocked by some pillars. No further information from the staff about the location.

The reef is unreal. World class snorkelling right from beach.

Fantastic resort, where everything is in hand reach, like the great pools, the private beach, gym, etc. The atmosphere within the resort is amazing and everything looks tip top. Staff is very professional and so kind. During check in we requested a room nearer at one of the pools. Eventually we even got a room with sea view. Wonderful!

Due to Corona, the room was only cleaned ones in four days. Also the toilet paper run out and towels were all used. After ringing 2 times, still no replacement. After the third time calling, toilet paper was dropped in a garbage bag on the bed, as well as the towels. Since this is an expensive 5 star hotel, to me this is not done. The rooms must be cleaned more often and placing the toilet paper and towels in the barroom would be the service on basic level what you should expect from such a hotel with this price level.

Location, pool , beach

The staff was not friendly. I believe management needs to better trained them on customer service, and customers needs. I did had great experience with Fred at the lounge bar. He was exceptionally friendly, smile, try to accommodate our needs, and serve us with excellent skills. Also at the main restaurant near the pool during dinner great experience with Heavenly she is from Filipinas wonderful young lady which was so kind and sweet with my daughter. I truly appreciate their services. However, besides them the rest of staff was so so ..,,

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Marriott and would definitely recommend it. Hotel has recently been renovated. We loved the beach at the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We had a late evening flight and the staff arranged for us a room where we could take a shower in the afternoon without any additional cost. Great service!

Breakfast is very expensive. Therefore, we didn’t book it. There is a coffee bar at the hotel to order a small breakfast and there are some restaurants at Pirate Bay where you can take breakfast (10 min walk). Beach beds were a bit all over the place and could be of higher quality. Mini bar was not filled.

The quality of the food and drinks, pretty decor,staff is absolutely great -everywhere you go!, pool service, loved the lap pool, being able to drink in the pool, amazing shower, great service all round, wonderful live music, nice sea view, sleeping with the sound of the waves.

Bed could be a big more comfy, but is not bad. One time beach towels did not come in till 1 pm. Only if someone complaints does the staff enforce the 18+ at the adult pool (happened once). It’s still fairly quiet though.
