My recent stay at Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique in Agia Napa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount for me when choosing accommodations, and Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique did not disappoint. The entire hotel exuded cleanliness and hygiene, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms. It was evident that the staff took great care to maintain impeccable standards throughout. The hotel's prime location was another highlight of my stay. Situated close to numerous amenities, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique offered convenience at every turn. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant streets of Agia Napa or simply relax by the beach, everything was just a stone's throw away. Speaking of relaxation, my room at Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. Not only was it impeccably clean and well-maintained, but it was also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready to seize the day.I certainly can't wait to return!

Everything was amazing really , the pool , staff . Everything was super clean ( bedrooms , bathroom)

The location is perfect. Short walking distance to pubs, shopping, and restaurants. Supermarkets nearby. Effective air conditioning. Balcony faces to the pool. Friendly staff. Especially big thanks to the pool bar staff for making us feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and cool. Breakfast was affordable and had a good selection of different types of dishes. Bar also had a good selection of drinks and food.

In Deluxe suite, for 5 people, another toilet/bathroom would have been useful. 5 women need more clothe hangers, closets and mirrors. There was only one full body mirror in one bedroom. There is no place to hang dresses and dry towels.

It was a very nice boutique hotel, very clean and the room was as described and shown in the photos. Staff was really friendly and always with a smile.

When I open the water in the shower it has brown color, but after a minute probably it was ok. Either we were the first guest for summer season or maybe a technical issue. Also the breakfast for us who were fasting has not a lot of options (applicable for vegans as well). I would suggest a better sound proofing/isolation in the corridors, even though the outdoor noise was cancel out because of double glazed glasses any sound from the corridor you could hear clearly!

The stuff is friendly! The towels and the bed linen are clean. There are hangers for the clothes. Really appreciated the bottle of water in the room.

We liked the location, easy walk to the downtown and all the restaurants. There was a parking at the territory. comfortable bed, service was ok mini kitchen in the room.

The entrance door was difficult to open, some mechanical problem. The water pressure at the sink in the bathroom was very poor, had to wash my face and brush the teeth at the kitchen. Both chairs at the balcony were broken. The balconies neighbour each other very close, the young generation came back from the party at night, had a talk at the balcony and we had to enjoy the talk too. If there's noise in the corridor or outdoors you'll hear it. No way to stay at the pool, too many kids with their parents.

third year in a row we’ve stayed here, we’ll always be loyal to this hotel as we’ve always had an excellent experience and the staff is lovely!

The room we stayed in had some problems with the water, the water in the shower didn’t maintain a consistent temperature, while showering it went from hot to cold constantly, also. The bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere as the water pressure was too high when coming out the tap. These concerns are minor though and won’t affect our loyalty in the future !

Very friendly staff, beautiful pool, nice environment. Nice breakfast. The size of the room was just perfect. We had a really good time. :)

1. When we came the room had a little dust in some spots. Utensils dirty. 2. Also, while we were there we saw 2 cockroaches. Maybe they came from the main door, because there is some space below it. 3. Not too much light in the room. 4. Jacuzzi not so clean. 5. Not a big space for parking, was always full so we were parking outside the hotel.

The hotel staff was exceptional, they also gave us a pack of cyprus delights as we left. The bar staff is very helpful and quick. The food of the bar is good enough, though a bit pricey, but nothing too bad. The pool was decent and had a good temperature throughout. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom was satisfactory. The cleaning quality was good. The location of the hotel, although a bit outside the centre, was decent as everything was a walking distance from it.

There were groups of friends that played with a ball inside the pool which was a nuisance. You could not lie on the sunbeds without getting splattered with water. Also at night the other stayers were noisy and were shouting (which is to be expected) There was no standard parking. Only a small gravel parking which could fit 5 cars. Also the room could use some more lighting and the bathroom is a bit small for 2 people.

Very modern and clean property. Rooms were a great size with everything you need. The room was exactly like the pictures. The bed was huge and incredibly comfy! The hotel was very quiet as well so makes for a great nights sleep Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

We didn’t get chance to use the pool due to the hours that it was open. Appreciate it was off season but opening a bit later into the evening and we could have enjoyed it more
