Nice, spacious apartments, clean sheets, good mattress, air conditioning works good, towels were nice and fresh, big balcony with chairs and a table, parking available at the property. Comfrotable stay overall!

No hairdryer, no travel brush set, one of the two a/c didn't have flow direction flap. Not that modern, yet the price is good. A bit far from the sea. Ocean view is a clickbait 😄

Small complex, not too busy of a pool area - beds available all day - fantastic! Large double balcony for 1 bedroom apartments. Staff very warm and welcoming. When cleaner attended very clean and tidy. Pool bar staff are so nice, food and drink reasonable prices. Lots of supermarkets within a few mins walk (one is across the road).

Room we booked was a studio and facing back of the hotel. We upgraded next morning to front facing room which was much better and ended up with 1 bedroom apartment. I would say the noise from the street is the worst thing - motorbikes, quads etc not the hotels fault but maybe in future to upgrade the patio doors to be sound proofed as gaps in there.

The exceptional staff. The crew at Napa Prince truly make you feel like you are at a home away from home, really going the extra mile. Bambos, who works at the pool bar, honestly made our holiday complete. We went for a lads holiday, as being a stones-throw away from the Ayia Napa strip. However, if you are a family or couple looking to stay here, do not let that put you off. The hotel is very quiet at night, and has a very mixed crowd - all ages, genders, and countries. Completely family friendly, Kostas does a great job - working throughout the night to ensure there is no disturbance. The pool bar can make any drink you can imagine, at four euros a cocktail, you can’t go wrong! The food is also very reasonably priced and offers a wide variety. There is also a pool table, large TV screens, lovely bird cage, garden, reception area…

Hands down, nothing. If I had to say something, the WiFi had some slight issues at times.

We were very surprised with this hotel. Amazing people at the reception desk and at the bar/restaurant. The location is perfect, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the main restaurant avenue. Our kids liked the hotel very much. It was convenient to park there and the food at the bar is very testy :) Well furnished and outfitted living room + kitchen. Large refrigerator. Thank yo very much for the great stay!

Maybe sharpen the kitchen knives a little bit. Everything else was perfect :)

All the staff are wonderful, very sincere and friendly. It is always good to return to this hotel. It's great that when you come back late at night, Kostas always asks if everything is okay and is happy to let you into the room if you don't have the key. Of course, every morning the entire staff will politely say hello and ask how you are doing.

It's located in very quiet and cosy place. Not crowded, not noisy. Several grocery stores around to get some snacks/drinks, should one need it. Not the newest, but still decent decoration. Nice pool. The hotel's personnel is very friendly and helpful. Really. The only strange thing, one might feel uncomfortable not being allowed to pay by a credit card at hotel's bar. Not sure why is this restriction. Otherwise everything was fine )

I was not allowed to pay for drinks at hotel's bar by my credit card. That was strange.

Napa Prince is a very lovely little hotel. the staff is incredibly nice and the atmosphere is very comfortable. it’s very family friendly and since we went out of season (April) the place was calm. The pool bar is basic but very fresh food and the staff welcomed you in a lovely way! we would love to come back. The Apartment was cleaned every second day.

The beds were a bit too hard for my taste and I don’t like sleeping with sheets instead of duvets.

Friendly staff, good prices and comfortable clean rooms.

The pillows were a bit hard and the beds a little narrow, otherwise everything was perfect

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay the staff was really helpful and the rooms was clean

However the location of the hotel is bit far from everything so you'll have to walk at least 15 minutes to get to your destination. In addition one of the two air conditions of our room was broken during our stay making it a big difficult in the hot weather of Cyprus
