Very nice hotel with great location. Staff was amazing, all the 👏🏼 to chef who was preparing Lebanese breakfast on the site. We loved it!

There was no hair dryer and iron in the room, maybe upon request. I suggest some shelves in the bathroom since the space around the sink is limited for cosmetics and private things, and more towel hangers.In my opinion, the pillows were a little bit hard.

The room was really nice and comfy, with a big bed and a huge balcony. We also appreciated the lock box in the wardrobe and the microwave in the kitchen - it was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel is almost in the city center so it is close to almost everything.

Opening the windows was noisy since they were facing the street with active traffic, so we avoided doing it. Breakfast was scarce and monotonous. As Zorbas is nearby, we would better go there. Finally, on the last day of our stay, we found a few giant black ants in the room which was unpleasant.

The property was very modern, 10 minute from the main strip, and the dinner that they serve at their restaurant nearby, is out of this world! Definitely try it, you won’t regret. Also, Nikolas and Mohammed were the two receptionist that served us, and they were both fantastic, so 5 stars both of them for their kindness and professionalism.

Probably the TV and the strength of the Wi-fi, although that didn’t really affect how comfortable our stay was (since we were mostly outside), for some people that may spend more time inside, this can be a factor. Although the Tv said it had Netflix, it really wasn’t working. And the quality of the audio could be slightly better. I’d suggest to buy better quality Tvs for the future :) For the Wi-fi, the connection was good but only in the living room tho. It was poor in the bedroom and kept disconnecting. Connecting the wi-fi with the tv was a struggle as well, because it kept saying password incorrect, although the password was right.

The location is perfect, close to many markets, restaurants ant the three main clubs. The rooms are big, they also have a kitchen area and a big couch. Definitely recommend

I ended up giving the reservation to my friends since I was unable to go and they were not willing to modify the dates to a a less busier time. However my friends said it was really nice and modern and the facilities are adequate. Also they had a nice pool area and close to the bars. Very clean and good option for budget.

The staff seemed a bit unprofessional or unexperienced but expected for a new hotel. The next day before check out time the staff called me twice as ‘mistake’ for some confusion on the restaurant bill, which had already been settled by my friends staying in the room. Other than that, it’s unfortunate that due to this strict policy I will not be willing to book this hotel again.

Room was clean, towels were changed every day Staff was nice, we didn't like the pillows at first, but they changed them at request There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast, but the owner was nice enough to offer one of the breakfast menu items instead of the buffet one morning

AC was located right in front of the bed, so using it at night wasn't plesant, as the cold air goes directly at you Bed wasn't actually a double, but two beds put together Although we had a kitchen, we didn't find it really useful, we'd prefer a chair or a couch to sit on instead, as there wasn't one in the room

Very modern and clean apartments with a beautiful pool to cool down. The location was also a big plus, close to the city center.

The breakfast could be improved a lot. Not worth spending extra money on breakfast when you can get a better one in a local bakery.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever com across , really make you feel welcome and special. Great location not being in the noisy centre of Ayia Napa but nice quiet location within easy walking distance of everything. Able to walk to marina and Musan underwater sculpture park. Spacious room with living area, fridge, microwave and kettle in kitchenette and separate bedroom with comfortable bed and great aircon that was very quiet. A good breakfast , continental style Buffett with eggs made fresh to order or an English breakfast. Great Lebanese food in restaurant

Well, where should I start? I booked ZoiNapa for 10 days and I was super afraid to stay 10 days in one place. Never did this before as I am a (solo)traveller used to change places after 3-4 days. But as I entered the hotel I already had this feeling. This „I feel comfortable“ feeling. Rita (reception) and Nicolas (owner) were very nice to me even after I complained directly about something which wasn’t to complain (haha sorry again). All in all, I extended 2 more days and stayed at the end 12 days! I had the most comfortable room with an amazing terrace, a fridge for drinks for the beach, the room was cleaned every day and slept every night like a baby as pillow and mattress was very comfy - felt simply like home. There was absolutely no reason any more to be afraid about staying a longer time in one place. Rita and Andrea, the most beautiful girls - reception and breakfast - made my stay even more like feeling home! Nicolas, the owner, is such an obliging men who is highly interested that every guest feels comfortable. We had a lot of laughs at the bar in the evening (thank you again for the Lebanese and Cypriot shots - tasty haha) and I got the best Lebanese and international meals, as the hotel has a very very good restaurant with super fresh and well cooked food. Hussein, the bar man, was very nice as well. From Ayia Napa you can do so many things. I discovered (with my rental car) ALL places around easily. I will come back one day and I highly, really highly recommend this place if you are staying in Ayia Napa or if you are looking for a nice small boutique hotel. Thank you Nicolas, Rita, Andrea and Hussein for making my stay so so nice and enjoyable!!

There is absolutely nothing I could mention.

There wasn't anything about this little gem of a place that I didn't like,lad on reception on arrival was so friendly and helpful with where we could park and telling us about the facilities to taking us to room which was absolutely spotless more than adequate for our needs but the highlight of our stay had to be the hospitality shown to us by the owner and other members of staff when returning to apartments after a night out we popped into the bar for a nightcap and in the wee hours of the morning we eventually retired, didn't do breakfast which was included in price so unfortunately I cannot comment on that but on passing there were a few guests having theirs rest assured we will be returning but next time will be when Napa isn't closed for winter

There wasn't anything not to like about Zoi ...but if I am looking for something minor maybe let people know where the hairdryer is hidden.. was in the only drawer I didn't look in
