No need visa for reservation. The payment is just paid upon arrival. Hot 🔥 shower water 💦 at any time. Big room, with kitchen, two balconies, 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 refrigerators (1 small and one big). The location is perfect and ideal. The breakfast is till 11 a.m and this is very convenient. It is included a small swimming pool. The room was clean.

Some spoons, knives and forks are dirty and not well cleaned. It is obvious some remaining food on them!! That's why i rated it with 8/10 and not 9 or 10/10. The room was clean, but it needs more detail cleaning. The staff at the bar/service/kitchen must be more flexible with tourists, to have university degree or a diploma for tourism especially for a 3 🌟🌟🌟 Stars Hotel. A bit noisy during night so get ready to sleep after 2 a.m or 3 a.m

The a/c was not working properly

Staff very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much. Nice large rooms, clean pool, location was good, had everything I needed within a short walk.

This is an average hotel, but the price was just 11 euro per person per night. And the breakfast was included, so we were more than satisfied. The hotel is just off the main road of Aiya Napa, full of restaurants, bar and shops. The location was very convenient and also close to the beaches.

The space in front of the apartment could had been cleaner.

Food was great, people working in this hotel keeps hotel running. They really need rewards for their effort. Location is ok, pool is clean, whatever you are looking for, they help, advice about transport, bus, working hours, they helped about everything.

Hotel needs investment.

The staff was very kind. The receptionist even ask my girlfriend to help her with backpack. Actually it's extraordinary so huge respect for that. The breakfast was good. Swimming pool wasn't too busy and localisation was very good. Clean room, and very good price for that value.

I wasn't happy to sign agreement for sending my data to countries all over the world (actually it was said to companies out of the European Union) and according to that I wasn't happy that they scan my passport. Nowadays most of hotels just type down the data (even other hotels in Cyprus). The agreement wasn't specify what they will do with that data and why they need them to send it to other countries out of the EU. The staff said that its in case of COVID or other circumstances when they will need to move you somewhere. On the first night the music from bar was very loud after 10 pm but the next night was quite.

The location of this hotel is excellent and there is parking right next to the street. You are in the middle of all activities and you don’t need your car to walk around in the town. We got a 4 bed suite for the family on the top floor. The room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the morning which is quite ok. Staff is quite friendly and try to resolve any issues with full motivation. Pool was normally full during my stay but i was spending more time on the beach…so I am ok with it.

I would prefer to have better shower as the water is not coming too strong but this is not really a deal breaker.

I was happily surprised of this hotel! Great price&perfomance place! Also great (late - till 11:00 - breakfast) and strong pool bar! Everything was clean and pool also was amazing. Location was perfect from all places!

My girlfriend only didnt liked that the water wasn't hot,but its normal in these type of places - also it wasn't cold,simply for girls needs hot water to wash their hair. For me it was perfect - because colder water helps me to wake up :D
