This is my second time in this hotel, last time I had a room with a sea view and this time I took the garden view. If you get the ‘garden view’ room located at the side of the front entrance to the hotel, you’ll be regularly woken up by extremely loud staff shortly before 7am, at the time when they are arriving at work. That’s quite irritating for those who want to enjoy quiet mornings, or sleep longer. I like everything else about the hotel, so if I would like to come back I would only go to the other side of the hotel, unless the hotel management does something about this meanwhile.

Very nice, modern and comfortable hotel directly on a beautiful sandy beach. Nice and very professional staff. Excellent food. Rooms are nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. There is plenty of sun beds on the beach, many of them with beautiful view on the sea. The hotel is within walking distance to center of Ayia Napa (10-15min). I fully recommend

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My wife is lactose intolerant and they went above and beyond to provide us with lactose free cheese, milk and yoghurt. Excellent.

Our room was in the fifth floor under the roof bar. We couls hear the chairs and tables being dragged when they were setting up and when they were tidying up.

It would be nice if they served better coffee at the pool bar. Also, at 4:30 every day a member of the staff goes around the pool and closes the umbrellas and lowers the back of the wooden sunbeds by just letting them violently drop continuously making a sudden noise which woke us up both days from our afternoon siesta by the pool, please stop doing this!

The location of the hotel is really good. You are close to the beach and pretty close to the center and the main boulevards. The external facilities are super nice and the view is stunning, especially from the 4th floor. The food is good and fresh but the breakfast is not diversified, the same food every morning.

Our first impression was not so good, when we arrived the receptionist not even said “welcome to our hotel”…we did not had a short presentation and guide of the facilities, we discovered them ourselves. The rooms are a bit old style compared to the price. There are new parts of the room and old parts, it’s not fully renovated. We extended our reservation because the location of the hotel and the external facilities were really nice but we had the bad luck to get a second room not so clean (+ some ants in it) as the first were we stayed. All in all it was a pleasant stay. We were not influenced of the negative impressions.

all ok. Could be slightly more cooperative on early allocation of room. Saying all rooms become available at 2pm is not super helpful. It is obvious that room do not all get miraculously finished at exactly the same time. Having said that, they did get me a room a bit earlier after they saw me sitting and waiting in the lobby

Great location, facilities and breakfast. We had a problem this the AC and the team upgraded us with a bigger room directly.

We didn’t knew that we have to book for the rooftop restaurant and had to go in town for dinner.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, pool area was great, always sunbeds available.

Our room was at the ground floor, neer the indoor pool, although the room was nice and we had a partial pool and sea view, the room was humid.
