Great location. Spacious and comfortable room. Close to the main beach of Finikoudes. There are several shops and cafes nearby. A pleasant surprise was the adapter for the Euro socket, but only one. So you could either watch TV or charge your smartphone. I received the keys a year later on a lockable drawer, during my stay I never crossed paths with the staff. It's perfect for an introvert. neighbors were also not heard - excellent sound insulation.

I was upset with the equipment of the kitchen corner. There were only 2 cups, a bad knife and 2 dessert spoons. There were no forks, no dinner spoons, no plates. I was glad when I saw the hob, but unfortunately it didn't turn on. I've only been there for 3 days, so it's not critical for me. But for tourists who want to stay here with their family for a long time, it can be very important, because there is no way to make porridge for breakfast or boil eggs. (there are no pots and pans either). It's bad.

The apartment was very spacious and nice, furniture is new and comfortable. When we had issue with the bathroom, it was quickly fixed. Internet is good even for laptop. Balcony is big and very nice. The location is the best possible, it is just 5 minutes from the beach.

There is nothing in the kitchen. No utensils, no plates, no cutlery, not even a cup or mug. That was a big minus for our stay. We had issues with water getting out of the floor and they came and fixed it. Although there was also water leaking from the sink that kept getting on the floor. The last day, there was big dead cockroach in the living room.

The location was perfect. Just 5 min walk to the Finikudes beach in Larnaca and you have 1 mini market on 1min walk and one on 2 min walk. Also good place to eat and order on a 2 min walk (right next to the second market). The room ( apartment ) was specious and well climatised (2 separate air-condition units in the bedroom and in the living room). The toilet was clean and equipped with all necessary things (soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer). The apartment had a big and specious balcony with place were you can dry your clothes. The "kitchen" had a microwave, kettle, and a place for cooking but there were no kitchen appliances ( only 2 glasses for water, 2 cups for caffee, 1 spoon and 1 butter knife). They do a roomservice everyday

There was no receptionist at the hotel. I was communicating with someone throughout "WhatsApp". The shower was with glass dors that dont fully open, if you are a "+" size person you will need to squeeze in and out of them. The kitchen did not have kitchen appliances, they state that it is a "decorative kitchen" but also in kids toys there is a fork. Or at least 2 spoons or knives. Also dont recommend you to use the safe box. Difficult to open because the key was stuck in 1 position ( have me a small hearth attack when i try to take my passports out) The room service took 1 3in1 Nescafee (I hope she enjoyed it) and 5 euros that I leave unintentionally on the counter in the room. (But after that the room was super clean and fresh and smells nice, so a win situation)

November, 29th 2024 I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The place was clean, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Its location was perfect, being very close to all the facilities and attractions in the area. The proximity to the beach and local amenities made everything so convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation by the sea.

We were disappointed with the kitchen facilities. As frequent travelers, we usually rely on having a well-equipped kitchen, but this one lacked many basic utensils and cutlery we needed to prepare our meals. This made our stay less convenient than we had hoped. While the overall experience was good, I would recommend this place only to those who don’t plan on cooking much during their stay.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that there are no glasses or any kitchen utensils—no forks, knives, etc. There isn’t even a kettle to heat water for coffee. We didn’t receive a blanket, so we took one from the closet, but it didn’t have bed linen on it. The sink doesn’t work, so we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. Perfect location, close to the beach, with lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. The apartment was cleaned every day, and we had a very comfortable stay. It was easy to get from the airport, and everything was within walking distance.

The apartment had a kitchenette, but it was devoid of any kitchen utensils. Usually, I wouldn't mind not having plates, glasses, or knives and spoons, but what's the point of having a kitchenette if you can't use it?

The apartment size is great, location is perfect, balcony is pretty spacious, bed is confortable, overall a great option.

The kitchen is there but apparently not to be used. There is a kettle and a cooktop but zero utensils, not even a cup. During my 3-night stay, I have found 5 cockroaches in the apartment, but luckily (?) only one alive that I had to kill, others regularly appeared dead on diverse spots, which at least seem they are trying to do something, but it was a bit disgusting to find those.

The only thing is that it's in a nice place. But nothing else.

I didn't like that it was quite dirty and there was a lot of dust. Outside, the terrace table was covered in dust. There are no dishes in the kitchen, not even a salad to make yourself. And the person I was in contact with for a chat relationship was very bad. Rude and arrogant. I say when I'm going to check in, I'm told "the key is there, he doesn't need iron water, it's still there" ???What is this attitude, I do not understand??? Change the person in charge of this place. I will certainly not be staying there again. And a lot of money for nothing, in general. There is a TV but no remote control and only 5-6 channels. A complete tragedy.

The apartment was huge and very clean. The cleaning lady Georgia was so nice. And the owners let me check in earlier and check out later for free. They have answered my messages quickly. It was great experience and I am very thankful for the kindness. The accommodation has great location, 5 minutes from Finikoudes beach (also from the station from where the buses go ti Nicosia, Limassol, Aya Napa), 5 minutes from St. Lazarus Church.
