Great location. Spacious and comfortable room. Close to the main beach of Finikoudes. There are several shops and cafes nearby. A pleasant surprise was the adapter for the Euro socket, but only one. So you could either watch TV or charge your smartphone. I received the keys a year later on a lockable drawer, during my stay I never crossed paths with the staff. It's perfect for an introvert. neighbors were also not heard - excellent sound insulation.

I was upset with the equipment of the kitchen corner. There were only 2 cups, a bad knife and 2 dessert spoons. There were no forks, no dinner spoons, no plates. I was glad when I saw the hob, but unfortunately it didn't turn on. I've only been there for 3 days, so it's not critical for me. But for tourists who want to stay here with their family for a long time, it can be very important, because there is no way to make porridge for breakfast or boil eggs. (there are no pots and pans either). It's bad.

The apartment was very spacious and nice, furniture is new and comfortable. When we had issue with the bathroom, it was quickly fixed. Internet is good even for laptop. Balcony is big and very nice. The location is the best possible, it is just 5 minutes from the beach.

There is nothing in the kitchen. No utensils, no plates, no cutlery, not even a cup or mug. That was a big minus for our stay. We had issues with water getting out of the floor and they came and fixed it. Although there was also water leaking from the sink that kept getting on the floor. The last day, there was big dead cockroach in the living room.

The location was perfect. Just 5 min walk to the Finikudes beach in Larnaca and you have 1 mini market on 1min walk and one on 2 min walk. Also good place to eat and order on a 2 min walk (right next to the second market). The room ( apartment ) was specious and well climatised (2 separate air-condition units in the bedroom and in the living room). The toilet was clean and equipped with all necessary things (soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer). The apartment had a big and specious balcony with place were you can dry your clothes. The "kitchen" had a microwave, kettle, and a place for cooking but there were no kitchen appliances ( only 2 glasses for water, 2 cups for caffee, 1 spoon and 1 butter knife). They do a roomservice everyday

There was no receptionist at the hotel. I was communicating with someone throughout "WhatsApp". The shower was with glass dors that dont fully open, if you are a "+" size person you will need to squeeze in and out of them. The kitchen did not have kitchen appliances, they state that it is a "decorative kitchen" but also in kids toys there is a fork. Or at least 2 spoons or knives. Also dont recommend you to use the safe box. Difficult to open because the key was stuck in 1 position ( have me a small hearth attack when i try to take my passports out) The room service took 1 3in1 Nescafee (I hope she enjoyed it) and 5 euros that I leave unintentionally on the counter in the room. (But after that the room was super clean and fresh and smells nice, so a win situation)

Perfect location, close to the beach, with lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. The apartment was cleaned every day, and we had a very comfortable stay. It was easy to get from the airport, and everything was within walking distance.

The apartment had a kitchenette, but it was devoid of any kitchen utensils. Usually, I wouldn't mind not having plates, glasses, or knives and spoons, but what's the point of having a kitchenette if you can't use it?

The apartment size is great, location is perfect, balcony is pretty spacious, bed is confortable, overall a great option.

The kitchen is there but apparently not to be used. There is a kettle and a cooktop but zero utensils, not even a cup. During my 3-night stay, I have found 5 cockroaches in the apartment, but luckily (?) only one alive that I had to kill, others regularly appeared dead on diverse spots, which at least seem they are trying to do something, but it was a bit disgusting to find those.

The only thing is that it's in a nice place. But nothing else.

I didn't like that it was quite dirty and there was a lot of dust. Outside, the terrace table was covered in dust. There are no dishes in the kitchen, not even a salad to make yourself. And the person I was in contact with for a chat relationship was very bad. Rude and arrogant. I say when I'm going to check in, I'm told "the key is there, he doesn't need iron water, it's still there" ???What is this attitude, I do not understand??? Change the person in charge of this place. I will certainly not be staying there again. And a lot of money for nothing, in general. There is a TV but no remote control and only 5-6 channels. A complete tragedy.

Location was great, terrace also. Bed was super comfortable and the towels and toilet paper were repleniahed daily.

The place was generaly clean although age was showing its toll on some parts of the sink. A lot of people complained about missing utensils but I could take a wild guess that some of the previous guest took a fork, broke a plate etc., from time to time and it was never replenished.

It is 200 meters from the beach. Location - great ! really comfortable to walk in the streets for 3-5 minutes and reach the beach. Coffee shops on both sides of the street for a morning coffee. The room is very spacious, its a one bedroom apartment, - a living room with a kitchen and the a one bedroom and of course one toilet/shower. Shower water pressure is superb !

The shower - diffcult to get in it if you are a little fat. its weired, but you enter from a diagonal corner and the doors don't slide more than half,. so its not so comfortable. The shower head is not fixed such that you can let it go. You have to hold it or close the water.

The location is probably the best in the city, great view from the balcony. All the shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. Self-check-in was very easy and without problems. The rooms are big and comfortable and we had room service every day, changing towels.

Internet was slower and the IP address is restricting many websites showing 403 forbidden error, which doesn’t happen on other WiFi networks around the city. This made it harder to work in the room, if you’re working remotely. The balcony is really big, but we didn’t like that it was connected to other two apartments’ balconies next to us on each side leaving little to no privacy.
