- stylish interior (without unnecessary details and old tasteless furniture) - atmosphere of calm - there is an elevator - very convenient location - nice and polite staff - the hotel kindly provided me the adapter from the EU socket - perfect breakfasts, without monotonous buffets: here you could choose from a list of dishes + drink. The portions are really large, the chef personally brings the dish to you. There is also the nice barista who will make you coffee - the price is completely equivalent to the quality

I will write just a few points for improvement: - it was quite a bit dirty/dusty - the hangers were a bit wobbly - on Sunday evening someone seemed to be doing repairs, a knock was heard

This is actually my first hotel review. That alone could serve as a big statement. I cannot even express how great everything was. The hotel is beautiful, clean and perfectly located in the city centre next to the beach and cool restaurants, shops etc… I had a special request to check in around 3 am so I have been kindly contacted by the hotel receptionist (Helena) that provided me with all necessary information before I was due to fly. Nothing seemed to be a problem in this hotel. Any special request was alright. And then the atmosphere. I honestly felt like a member of a new family - that is how well I was treated. To me it’s about those little details that played a huge part. Helena provided me with helpful advice on a daily basis. And then there are breakfasts which I highly recommend. The chef is amazing, unfortunately I haven’t remembered his name. He managed to serve you any dish in such a fast way. Most importantly the taste was excellent. You can choose from a great variety of dishes and types of coffee. Fabregas, the barista, was exceptional. He was so kind and friendly in the best way possible. Many thanks to all the staff in RBH, I would recommend your service to anyone 🍀

Central location close to the beach and restaurants, calm area, a good place to stay to visit the island, small parking in front, staff really nice

Breakfast, was quite basic, we had the same thing every day and coffe machine was broken, we had to make instant coffee :( the bed was a bit soft for us, we like it more ferm, but we slep good nevertheless

Location, cleaningless, food, and more importantly - staff - were amazing! Greetings to receptionist Veronica - she couldn't be more friendly, and helpful (modest and patient to me as well ;) ), and Chef Jimmy - what a great lad. ;) Very specific, wonderful sense of humor that makes a day. Truly looking after his work place. He brings fresh fruits from the market in the morning for guest's breakfast. Anyway, I think is just a standard here, in Cyprus. ;) Also, server from Lebanon was a very nice guy. Thanks for the nice chat, and all the best to your country. Last day I also met English lady Chef - my apologies - I didn't get your name. One of the best English people I met so far, even though I have been living to England for almost 9 years. They forgot to clean the room on arrival :( Otherwise were cleaning the room and changing towels every morning. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was super comfortable, the blackout curtains were wonderful for a lazy morning, the AC was working silently during the night. I had an electric kettle, cups, towels and soap. I found the pillows had the perfect amount of floor for my preference - they were soft enough to not hug a rock and hard enough so my head doesn’t sink when I try to sleep on my back. I arrived very late and even though they don’t have somebody at the reception, I was able to check-in smoothly and have breakfast the next day. Super friendly staff, I will definitely go there again

Great location; walking distance to the beaches (Finnikoudes and Mackenzie Beach, the latter which is approx. 20-25 minute walk), promenade, intercity bus stop, Holy Church of Saint Lazarus and other areas of interest within Larnaca. Nice modern decor in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size balcony. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobes for your clothes and belongings. A safe. Mini fridge, which was topped up everyday with two bottles of water. Easy to use air conditioning unit. Fresh towels everyday. Staff were very friendly and nice :) I had breakfast included in my booking. The breakfast portions were huge and filling. It saved me from needing to buy lunch on most days ;) Overall, good value for money. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and comfortable staying here :)

Cleaning standards within the room could have been a bit better. There was an old tea/coffee stain on the bedsheets when I first arrived. It was a good indicator for me to notice that my sheets were not changed at all during my six night stay. I think my duvet and pillow cases should have been changed at least once (half way) during my stay. Especially because of the hot weather. There were also a lot of marks and fingerprints (even shoe prints) on the walls in the bedroom. This is not a comment about the hotel itself but a few of the neighbouring streets do not have any street lights. It could feel unsettling walking back to the hotel after a night out for dinner.

Very helpful staff at the reception - especially Elena. Tasty vegan option for breakfast. Very good location for exploring Larnaca; 3-5 min walk to St. Lazarus church, fort, beach and the promenade. If you need a public transport it is also close to the bus stop from the airport and to other cities. Fridge in the room. Big, comfortable bed.

Roseum Hotel was excellent. Perfect location and very helpful staff. The receptionist Elena was very professional and helped us alot whenever we needed her. She is an asset to the hotel together with the chef Jimmy and his assistants.. always with a smile that brightens your day. Jimmy prepared our breakfast everyday and enjoyed having a chat with him whenever it was possible. Keep up your good work and keep on smiling. Thank you for helping us have a great holiday, we do recommend the Roseum hotel in Larnaca

As I determined my business was actually in Limassol - a long distance away from this hotel location. I thus my the decision via Booking to relocate on Tuesday October 17 to the NYX Hotel Limassol at confirmation # 4238088239 Pin # 8529 for 3 nights. I tried in vain to make contact with Booking to determine whether you could give me credit of checking out of this hotel earlier then expected but did not manage to accomplish this. Perhaps you could reconsider my request and advise me of your decision. Thank you for looking into this matter.
