We arrived in Larnaca on a hot autumn evening not knowing what to expect. Checking into this hotel we felt immediately safer - it was utterly sterile. Most of all, it was covered in art - a rich seamless tapestry of culture. Specifically, this art consisted of gigantic representations of bad pop artists of the 2000s, many of them portrayed slighly boss-eyed (I think this was part of the artistic style). Who could fail to be moved by such wonders? And then, christ-like above us in our opulant room, the mural: Snoop Dog. Who will you get?

The staff was great, very welcoming and kind. They answered all of our questions and provided information. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully designed and the location is really good. The hotel offered many attractions, such as a nice rooftop barand a game room.

One of our gift bags was accidentally thrown away. When we told the staff they said that sometimes the cleaners throw away things if they're left on the floor, but they did refund us for the money we spent on it and apologized.

The room was a nice size. The location was excellent, less than ten minutes from the beach area, where there were a lot of restaurants and a nice boardwalk that extended to the edge of the airport. The breakfast was good, although the selection was not huge. There was a rooftop bar, which was quiet (not tourist season) but looked like a great place to spend some time with people in the summer. The hotel had lots of cool paintings and murals everywhere, and was unique. The front counter staff were friendly and helpful.

The soundproffing was not very good as we could hear a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms and the hallway. The bathroom was a little small, but fine.

The room was very nice and clean The breakfast was good and rich (more vegetables will improve it There a bar at the roof and also down in the hotel, so in case around was closed it was good place to have

First visit to this hotel,must say I was very pleased indeed.First class rooms,service and front desk very attentive and helpful. Diana,Nicoletta and Ariana were really nice to me. Breakfast good with ample choices,nice dining space. Only one request of the management.Please put a sign telling what floor the lift is ,on the wall opposite the entrance . Other than my suggestion, everything 100% ! Will come again for sure. Raphael.

Everything was absolutely great. The location, very near the bus stop from the airport, near the beach, the helpfulness of the young girl at the reception, Nicoletta, and of the owner who couldn't have done more for me, the bathtub in De Luxe Room 308 is so wide and long, with piping hot water and will be missed, the overall super cleanliness, this specific very spacious room, the comfy bed, and the appreciated 1st drink for free in the bar on the rooftop. Ended up from booking from 1 night to 3!

If you're noise conscious like me, and your room faces the street, you may need to close the window at night because of the noise of the traffic. This wasn't a problem for me because room 308 is very spacious. It didn't bother me, and I had 2 very good nights. However, what did bother me on my the last night, was the noise from my neighbors, probably above, moving some furniture until well past one O'clock, but then again, I admit being very noise conscious. Breakfast is o.k, but can get a bit boring, so a variety on different days would be welcomed.

Very nice art. The room itself was a decent size and well equipped . No parking at the hotel when we arrived, but the helpful receptionist showed us an area close by that we could use. The roof top terrace was fun, the breakfast was good (7 types of cheese) and the location was handy, just 200m off the promenade and a straightforward drive from the airport.

Noise, both from the bar and the building work across the road. Appreciate the need for putting the toilet tissue in the bin, but I'd prefer the bin to have a lid and be emptied during the stay.

The room was just like in the pictures and had all the necessary things, like air conditioning, hair dryer, tea/coffee kettle and some tea and instant coffee portions and a few bottles of drinking water. The beds were comfortable, pillows OK. The shower wide enough, TV worked fine and had channels in many languages. The drawings on the wall everywhere are perfectly entertaining and add to the atmosphere, we loved them! The breakfast was perfect with everything one would want. We were allowed a really early check-in and we are thankful for that. The receptionist arranged a taxi to the airport for us and that was also a nice thing to do.

The blankets on the beds were toooo thick and complicated to get rid of.

Nicely decorated room/hotel. Good bed. Clean bathroom with amenities and rain showerhead. The room was also equipped with a water cooker, iron + board and AC. We received 2 bottles of water every day. The room was cleaned daily. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. The room seemed very soundproof. The hotel is on a 5 minute walking distance from the beach/boulevard, close to bus stops and in a less crowded part of the center. We had the Julia Roberts room, which had a nice balcony. Plenty of choice at the breakfast. There is also a nice rooftop bar. If we ever return to Larnaca, we will definitely stay in the same hotel.

No negatives

A great value-for-money hotel that's really close to both the beach and the main archaeological sites in the city. I would wholeheartedly recommend it, as the breakfast was great, the staff was pleasant, and the room was adequate for the price. Bus 245 going from and to the airport has a stop near the hotel, so one can come to it quite conveniently and inexpensively as well.

Other comments suggest the top floor was noisy, so we asked to be placed on a lower floor and this request was granted so we had no issues with the rooftop bar. The room itself is a bit smaller than at more luxurious hotels, but that is to be expected for the price. The hotel is in a noisy city centre, so the balcony is not a very pleasant place to be on, but there is not much the hotel can do about that.
