There is a lot of things to like in this Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had 3 rooms and they were all very good, with balconies. Beds are comfortable, there is everything you need in the hotel. A small shop that has all the necessities, a storage room, a clean and big swimming pool suitable for all ages, and not crowded. breakfast was good too with all the basics, if you arrive early for breakfast then you can sit on the balcony and enjoy an amazing view of the sea. The staff were super good and very helpful, especially the reception staff. Especially Litsa and Alina :)

The Hotel looks a little old, some renovation can be helpful. But still its pretty good as it is. Wifi can be improved in some locations. but works fine in most places in the hotel

All was perfect. Very good and rich breakfast. The spa is excellent..

We asked to keep the room for an hour more and it was refused. We are often clients there and every time is the same response. We believe the late check out for an hour or more is possible since the hotel was not fully booked and is off season.

We booked a 2 bed suite and it was very spacious with an excellent view. It would have been a nice touch to provide a bottle of drinking water in the room. The breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold choices, the only minor problem was that the hot food wasn't very hot and when put onto a cold plate it was cold by the time you got it to the table. The quality was excellent, the fruit was all fresh, even local bananas which were excellent. It was January so we didn't use the pool, the pool area was very spacious and clean however.

The hot food at breakfast could have been hotter.

Wry noisy especially as the pools are opening before 8 am and too many families with little kids are there early birds! These must be changed so the rest of the guests can enjoy there stay in the hotel too!!! Usually most outside pools are opened after breakfast time !

The location near the sea is beautiful and allows for great walks every morning. We also walked to the Harbour, a pleasent 55 minutes walk. The beach of the nearby hotel is just a few minutes walk. The staff was helpful when we needed a doctor and helped arranging that. Breakfast had enough options including healthy options. There are a few restaurants nearby. The rooms are large especially the suits. They also have a small kitchenate, which was useful. We do recommend the hotel.

The biggest issue for us was the indoor pool that was cold. April is still too cold for the outdoor pool. We didnt manage to operate the heating in the room and it was cold on some of the days. When food finished at breakfast it wasn't refilled. The building was a bit old, a few power cuts, and fire alarm. We haven't used the hotel restaurant for dinner as there were no vegetarian options. The bus system is not so great you need to take 2 buses to get to the Harbour or shopping mall.

Good hotel complex - feels very spacious and new. Outdoor and indoor pools (unheated - probably the sea in December was warmer), really good breakfast with something for everyone, bar has live music in the evenings, and the beach front location is great by a sandy beach and with grass too. The Tombs of the Kings is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was a good size with good facilities (except for the sofa bed!).

The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable! And although the hotel is located on the beach front, it is also too far from the centre of town to walk in with kids. From the outside this hotel looks a bit unfinished, although on the inside it's fine. The indoor pool could have been heated in winter.

The hotel was lovely, and overlooked the sea which was beautiful. We had a few annoyances with the room, largely with some of the other guests in the same floor screaming and banging on our doors. This was resolved by the security team thankfully. We also had experienced some power cuts in our room. When we raised this with reception they said the lights sometimes go off when you haven’t been moving, however this was not the case and the tv turned off too, and all electrical plugs stopped working and we were in darkness for about ten minutes. This happened 3 times during our weeks stay. The breakfast was okay, it was pretty standard but a nice selection. Dinner was unfortunately not great. We ate at the restaurant one night, and the food was very bland and boring. Most of it was cold and we were charged €54 for two drinks and two plates. Some of the most expensive food we had whilst on the island and also the worst. The room its self was nice, very standard but that’s all we needed and paid for. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and perfect on the warmer days.

Friendly and professional staff, we had early morning check-out and they organized the breakfast for us. Big thanks for that! Also liked the location of hotel and the pool (indoor pool). Our room was cleaned every day. Very good breakfast and dinner! Lots of vegetables.

A bit old rooms and furniture, bare walls. No coziness in the hotel, the enterance hall has some old couches. No music, no carpets.

I liked first of all the sea view, the feeling of tranquility and the famous sunset that I admired from the balcony, but also the hotel staff, very friendly.

The breakfast is a buffet and has lots of choices. Really a 10/10. The pool and the other amenities we're looking very good and very clean (the hotel was also very clean). The bar/restaurant had fair prices I would say. Towels for the pool at no additional cost. There is a mini market inside the hotel that has almost anything you will need(adapters, sunscreen lotions, hats, bags, sun dresses, wines etc). Prices are a bit high but you are basically paying the trip to a shop that is further away so it's fair i would say.

The hotel feels like it was build on a low cost. There were pieces of facade or paint that fell down due to poor craftmanship from the builders. The furniture also looked like it was bought from another hotel on second hand. The interior hallways gave us the impression that we were in a hospital. The amenities schedule was usually only until 19:00, so you could't catch a sunset in the pool for example. We arrived pretty late and we didn't have anything to drink, everything was closed and the refrigerator wasn't filles with anything in it that we could have payed later.
