Breakfast location was lovely and the presentation was excellent. Would have preferred more fresh salad choices

the price of the on site restaurant was high. It would have been nice to have a small convenience store on site

half of the rooms in the resort have the main balcony facing a very loud road, even though after 6pm it stops but it can be very annoying of you try to have a quiet time and the balcony that have nice view. another point, if you are traveling with baby many rooms are elevated so you need to climb stairs (20-25) to the room, making it very uncomfortable and it dose not mentioned anywhere. room service is not matching the level that the hotel tries to maintain, the food is good as mentioned before but the way it arrived and served was a bit disappointing. no activities for kids at all so if you have children there they might get board Easley.

Landscape, interiors, concept, views, pools are amazing. The waiter in the bar was very professional.

Service. We couldn’t book golf in advance by phone call or from the website of the hotel. There is no option to book it from the website. And they didn’t pick up the phone, we called them 3 days. Lady on the golf reception said that they don’t pick up the phone when they have busy days. Really?! This is how the problem could be solved in high quality resort?! At least they should give the possibility on the website to book golf, showing which days are available. SPA When we came to the spa reception the lady told us that they are busy and they will give us one locker for three persons. No comments…

We arrived at the middle of the night and the person in the reception sent us to the rooms with no much explanation, being with a baby and child it would have help if he would accompany us to the rooms so we don't need to wander around an show us the rooms and how to operate the lighting. The outside pool is the only one that kids have access and the water was extremely cold so we couldn't use. The covered pool in the spa is not allowed for children.

- Big suites: 2 bedrooms & living room suitable for two parents and two children (3 yrs & 1 yr) - Extra friendly staff for children - Great breakfast! - Great dinner in the (only) restaurant - but it is expansive

- For children: only the outside pool (22-24C) is an option for in-hotel activities - No near supermarket - If not renting - taxis are needed, and it is expensive (50-60euro per direction for one-way) - If the hotel had a playground for children, then parents could enjoy the great SPA facilities

Beautiful hotel. Great spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, great service, amazing scenery. Perfect spa.

While the hotel accepts children, it is far from being children friendly, at least those of younger age. Don’t let the Tuscany style truly beautiful scenery, green grass and side roads fool you. There is almost no place for kids to play. No grass or playground areas accessible for kids. All is for the golfers and golfers only. The bike trails are basically on the sides of the main roads. The playground is small and is not really a walking distance from the hotel. At the hotel breakfast, they don’t have plastic plates, cups and cutlery for kids. The mini golf is tiny. In cold days, the outdoor swimming pool is too cold to use and kids are not allowed into the indoor pool. This hotel can be perfect for families if they would only invest a bit more in being kids compatible.

As someone that is travelling a lot both from work and personal, this is by far the best place I have ever been. I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced during my stay. The attention to detail, from the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms to the warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff, truly made my visit memorable. The ambiance of the hotel is both inviting and luxurious, creating a perfect home away from home.

The staff all around the resort is very friendly. Everything we requested/ordered was executed on a timely manner without any delay. I.e. check in/out, food & drink orders, SPA, housekeeping. Very well organized. I enjoyed very much the back massage from Ally, it was a truly great experience. The room was very spacious including the balcony and bathrooms. SPA facilities were up to our standards too. Breakfast offers a massive selection of anything you can imagine. We had dinner at Amaracus which we enjoyed. Well done to the restaurant manager and all his team! For non experienced golfers, the driving range is a fun place to shoot some balls!

Just small details. Comparing with hotels in the same price range, we think that the luxurious feeling is missing a little bit. For example the linen, amenities in the room, and complimentary items. Cleaning could be improved in the area of windows, inside doors had fingerprints, there was dust on the towel dryer. We were provided 4 pillows per person all of similar hardness, there was no extra option for a softer pillow. Except golf, there are no other activities, nor a mini market for some emergency items, you need to drive to the nearest village.

Loved the spa! Never been to anything like it. The staff was extremely helpful with booking different activities, and they even reserved some snacks for us, considering we arrived pretty late, when the restaurant wasn’t working anymore. The golf training was very nice. The nature in the property is amazing. There is plenty to do. The bath in the apartment is very good, with all the towels and bathgowns provided.

Although the kitchen was equipped very well, I’m not sure there is a grocery store nearby, so you would have to bring your groceries with you if you intend to cook. No minibar in the apartments. One of the lights wasn’t working in the apartment. It also would be great if there were tissues in the rooms. The tv doesn’t have AirPlay. The restaurant and bar are full in the evening, you gotta make a reservation for the dinner. If you plan to do something other than spa and golf, you need a car to get around, because most of the extra activities are not in the walking distance.

Its a phenomenal and unique hotel! The views are breathtaking! And the rooms are like a private house! the spa is the most beautiful spa I have ever seen! Very modern and special. The breakfast was fantastic and the food is super fresh farm to table style. Its an excellent and exceptional place. The staff were amazing from the reception to the drivers to the waiters all were very friendly. Special Thanks to Dinos for lots of great recommendations.

The dinner restaurant has great food, was lovely and has a great vibe, but the menu is very limited and are not many options. I would advise to add the clubhouse menu to the dinner and room service menu in the evening. The children pool is not very kid friendly as has a slippery floor.
