The location of the hotel was great. The bus to and from the airport stops on the same street, yards away. It's close to the Harbour, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Tombs of the Kings Bus Station and all other ameneties. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel and facilities are clean, modern and well equipped - just like my room, with a kingsize and very comfortable bed. The room maids did an amazing job, the wi-fi and air-con worked well and the bathroom shower was a joy to use. The welcome (free) bottle of water (in the fridge) and bottles of red & white wine was a nice touch!

The studio/kitchen needs to better equipped. Only having one hob and one pan (with no lid) limits your cooking options. Need a grill or griddle, a frying pan and another hob. The double glass, sliding doors (balcony) do not keep the outside noise (dogs constantly barking) out (requires high-quality double or triple glazing).

We loved this hotel. It is very close to the promenade and there are many amenities nearby. If we asked for something, we received it almost immediately. Artur is a cool guy :)

Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the street - unfortunately we could hear all of the noises from the street and neighborhood - we get that we would hear it, but it was just VERY loud. There is a dog across the street, it kept barking and some neighbors were renovating and started cutting tiles at 7 am… that’s not so ideal, if you want to relax and have a slow morning… request a room at the back, maybe it’s not as loud.

Our stay at this accommodation was exceptional! The biggest gem was definitely the staff – incredibly warm and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was excellent – spotless and with attention to every detail. A big plus from us goes to having Netflix available, which was a fantastic feature, even though we only used the place for sleeping. Parking was provided, and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore everything on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay with outstanding service!

Room was lovely, exactly as the Booking.com photos with sea view from the balcony. Lovely comfortable bed & complementary wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fabulous, buffet style & then 1 hot option from a varied menu, all the food was delicious. Staff at this property were exceptional, they went above & beyond to look after their guests. They are an asset to this hotel. Location is great, few mins walk to Phapos sea front & marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel & would have no hesitation in staying here again. I would recommend to friends & family..

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Large comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Just a minor complaint. The tea and coffee provided in the room was only adequate for one person.

Brand new property. Location to restaurant’s and the harbour. Staff very pleasant.

Pool area is directly adjacent to a busy road especially in morning and evening rush hour. Lots of traffic noise. Bathroom and room not cleaned during our stay.

We enjoyed the little treat in the room and the comfortable- spatious room.

We were a bit disappointed that the bedroom floor became quite wet after taking a shower in the bathroom, as there was nothing in place to prevent the water from spreading. This meant we had to look for additional towels to clean it up. It would have been more convenient if the issue had been addressed beforehand.

It is a very modern hotel, everything is new and beautiful, so it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room had a small kitchen with coffee machine and kettle, which was very nice. Good air conditioner. Comfortable bed. All in all a pleasant modern hotel for a vacation. We also loved the location, as it was close to diffirent cafes and restaurants and a big grocery store. It is quite close to the beach, and depending which way you go you can choose the beach you like.

We had a studio room, and it was really very small. It`s ok if you travel with just one little luggage for a short stay (as we did), but if you have a big luggage for a long summer vacation I guess it would be difficult to find place for all the stuff. Very little space in the bathroom as well, never knew where to put my stuff og hang clothes and towel. The road our room was facing was rather noisy.

We loved the pool and having cocktails there! The hotel was nice and moder on a great location, walking distance to the main promenade and all restaurants. Most of all, we loved the staff, especially Artur! He is the very best, helpful and nice and sincerely cares for the guests!

There is not much to say. You can always add some more options to breakfast menu but that’s that. Maybe, I would add shower gel and shampoo to the outdoor showers by the pool. That’s only like a small suggestion.

Great location with excellent facilities. Short walk to shops, bars and restaurants and public beach just a 15 min walk away. Laundry room was a real bonus and means we can pack less for next year’s trip! Staff very polite and helpful and a great choice of food and drinks available

Had to leave to come home!
