everything was just perfect! the facility, the staff, the location. the hotel is close to the beach, just 3 min walk from all the restaurants and bars, everything is new, clean, maintained. The staff was so great! Texted us pre-arrival, arranged us a taxi from the airport, left us free snacks at the room and made sure we’re comfortable during our stay. Simona the manager was amazing, she was available for us all day long, gave us tips where to go and was very kind. The apartment was big, with a pool view, huge balcony, very tidy and well equipped, there’s even an oven if you want to cook instead of eating outside.

Modern and spotlessly clean. Apartment had everything that you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. Staff were amazing and so helpful, communicating via what’s app which was super easy for us. Great little pool area and shower facilities which we used on our last day after check out. Also car park was great and safe for our rental car. Can’t fault anything that was within control of apartments!

Building work taking place opposite property started early on the morning, sometimes before 8am (I like a lie in on holiday) and constant dumping of rubble down plastic shoots was really noisy and spoilt the tranquil vibe. Was also annoying round pool so had to use headphones. Think this may be due to run for a little while yet. Traffic in bedroom near to road was also a little noisy at times but hardly heard anything from other apartments

Stunning apartment with wonderful sliding doors onto both terraces. Great outside furniture, aircon easily controlled and adjustable for each room, excellent showers with plenty of hot water. Super comfy king size bed with quality bedding. Blackout blinds. Bedrooms have full storage facilities and plenty of hangers. Kitchen facilities were great with kettles, toasters and coffee maker. Lots of glasses and crockery. Loads of comfy sunbeds and umbrellas plus pool towels provided They had provided a welcome back with lots of goodies and given us a bottle of prosecco for our wedding anniversary. The staff, Anna and Boris were all really helpful and friendly. Lots of top tips were given on how to make the most of our stay. Location was a 2 min stroll to the seafront promenade with its plentiful restaurants. Great location generally in a fairly quiet area of Paphos. Tbh, we loved our stay! We felt safe and secure, nothing was too much trouble, towels and bedding were changed regularly too. Excellent

Immaculate large Appartment with touch of luxury. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and linen, great shower and bathroom, enormous lounge and sun terrance facing south with views over the pool. Easy walk (less than 10 mins) to the centre of Paphos harbour. It was so good the only downside Photo of the Appartment are exactly as it is brilliant!

Now this is really petty and tells you how how good the Appartment was … there wasn’t a shelf in the bathroom to put your toilet bag on !

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, just like the photographs, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony of our third floor room watching the sun set over the sea. It was a lovely touch to find wine and soft drinks, fruit, biscuits and crisps to welcome us. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. It was all very clean and modern and convenient for walking down to the seafront and along the promenade to the harbour area, bus station, archeological site at Nea Paphos etc. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Although the sound proofing between apartments is good and we did not hear anything from other people in the building, we found the car noise outside disturbed us. And I was woken by strange sounds between approx 4am and 5am each day. It sounded to me like about 100 dogs of all shapes and sizes whining and yapping, and a donkey braying!! Since it is unlikely that there are either large groups of dogs or a donkey in the centre of Paphos, my husband thought it could be creaking and scraping and whirring noises from air conditioning units and water tanks on nearby roofs! We do live in a tiny village in the UK and are used to total silence so I suspect we are noise sensitive.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at the Palmiers. It was one of the most relaxing stays we've ever had. All the staff at The Palmiers went above and beyond to meet our needs. Sam and Simona are exceptional hosts who are warm and welcoming and make you feel at home. We ayrrived quite late in the evening and Sam was there at the door to the building with a big smile. He showed us to our apartment and we were so happy to see that the hosts had stocked the fridge with complementary wine and beers, juices and fruit. There were snacks and nespresso coffee pods and tea bags. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and the rest of the building including the lobby and hallways are also sparkling and clean and smell beautiully fresh. Towels are provided for the pool and lots of towels for both bathrooms with face cloths. There are also sumptious robes and slipper and high end bathroom toiletries such as body wash, soap and hair supplies. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I haven't slept that well in a long long time. There is a television in the living room and the bedroom with lots of apps and global television. The couch is so soft and lovely for an afternoon nap after a long day in the sun. The pool area is very clean with high end gorgouse bathrooms, showers and changing rooms.

Only one tiny comment is that the pool area does feel a little bit exposed to the road. But this will be remedied soon I'm sure when the foliage has grown a little more creating more of a private space.

Really loved the Palmiers. The cleanliness and the apartment was amazing. All the little touches like leaving the essentials in the fridge for us and the whatsapp communication with the lovely staff. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Location was also top notch. We didnt have to get a taxi once! Staff are so friendly and respond so quickly to questions

Beautifully appointed apartment. Great to have balcony all the way round and having separate bathrooms was a plus. Everything you could need in the kitchen area and we were left fruit, snacks and a bottle of water and also wine on arrival! Communication with The Palmiers staff was excellent.

Only slight downside was the noise from the road at night. But the beds are so comfortable that sleep is never far away!

Everything you need, clean, new, super accommodating staff

Pillows were awful. If you don’t like big, hard pillows, bring your own or buy one when you get in Paphos. Instead of having 4 identical pillows/bed, they could have had 2 different types. That’s the only negative thing I can say about it. P.S. Avoid 1st floor. Street noise might be a problem for some.

Everything. It was spacious and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and the harbour with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were great, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautifully furnished. Comfy beds and tastefully decorated bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool was fabulous. The staff were so well organised and very quick to respond to any questions. Very well managed property.
