Very friendly, good entertainment, a good variety of food and drinks

The pool and bar areas needed to be cleaned more regularly of dirty cups, plates and glasses. Guests were meant to clean up after themselves but many didn’t which meant food leftovers were attracting flies and it wasn’t hygienic. It was the same at night around the entertainment area.

2nd visit to St Elias Resort, and we had a relaxing time. Pool areas are perfect, clean, and plenty of loungers. Food choices a plenty and tasteful. Staff fantastic and room was clean and big enough for our family of 3.

Only small let down on this visit was a smell in our room, which I think was linked to drainage as it was really bad in the bathroom and with no working extractor or window in the bathroom it just lingered. Even though we reported the extractor, it didn't improve. If we had stayed longer than our few days, we would have asked to be moved to another room.

The staff is very lovely and helping everyone. There are two different pools, so you can't hear the noise from each pool in the other one. The food was decent but the diversity was too small, although the food was tasty and well cooked. Free drinks, food and spirits all day long. Good evening shows for the guests.

The diversity of the food, no small supermarket/gift shop on site. the air conditioning is very poor it needs to be fixed or taken care of, since the weather is hot, you barely feel the cool air from the air conditioner.

Our little one (3 years old) had such an amazing time at this hotel! The swimming pools for little kids were amazing! The lady in kids club was lovely. Generally, the staff was very helpful polite and friendly. The food was very good! I will definitely come back again since the kid was very happy during our stay!

The aircondition in the room was quite noisy. Some attention to detail should be given concerning the cleaning of this property. For example the tables chairs and legos in the kids club are not clean enough. Additionally in the buffet i found a lot of dishes that were not cleaned properly and high chairs for babies/toddlers were quite sticky.

The Food for the 3 meals is excellent, very diversified and tasty. The staf are very nice and they do all they can to help. The rooms are OK , the shower however needs a bit of renovation. Short 15 minutes walk to the beach (Down hill, about 60 m elevation) There are also two large pools which are very nice. Overall a very nice hotel with a good value for money. If

1.The property lists it has a jym however there are two treadmills, two ellipticals, and two bicycles, Thats it. There are no free weights and it sould not be listed as a jym. 2.The food in the snack bar and the alcohol are low quality. 3.The slides are not accessible to children under the age of 6 , even with an adult. Similar slides in water parks do grant access to children with an adult. This was a disappointment, as the water park for the children was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 4.The property consists of a lot of small buildings and the rooms are scattered around the property on the side of a hill. Can be a long and uncomfortable walk with luggage.

Hotel had a lovely setting, grounds were very pretty with lovely outlook and views. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms comfy and cleaned to a high standard with lovely balcony area and lovely pool/sea views. Smaller pool was lovely and well maintained. Wonderful selection of treats left for a birthday celebration and fabulous local cake. Nice selection of food at snack bar. A few areas that sadly didn’t meet expectations. Appreciate it was half term week so exceptionally busy. However…. These were addressed after speaking to the general manager whom listened to my feedback and explained these areas would be looked into to provide a more positive guest experience. This was greatly received and to reiterate a very attentive customer service. The hotel clearly emphasises customer care and satisfaction to ensure a positive guest experience for all.

We were extremely satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer! We had a couple of personal issues, one concerning my son and one with my food allergies and the hotel manager Flouri was exceptional in accommodating our needs! He was always available and always asking us if everything was ok and going out of his way to make sure there was always food available for me too and that my son was ok. The variety of food and drinks available in the all inclusive were of high quality! In general all the staff were very helpful and friendly! We will definitely be going back!

The slides in the pool, the fact that it’s all inclusive and you have everything in place, including disco activity for kids every night. The kids enjoyed our 2 days vacation in the hotel very much. The views are beautiful.

The variety of the food was large, the food was Ok. Our sink and bathtub were clogged. The good thing was that when we told the staff about it someone came and fixed it immediately. The beds were not very comfortable and in one of the rooms they forgot to put blankets.

Food was very good with lots of different options. Staff is kind and attentive. Room was big. Free shuttle ride to the beach. Nice pools and water slides.

Air conditioning in public areas (e.g. Main restaurant and lobby) is very weak. Shower had black mold stains. No blind curtains in the room, made me wake up every day at sunrise. Televisions are very small and poor channels selection. Kids club was much less attractive compared to other places we've been.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They surprised us with a nice cake when I told them it was my husband's birthday, which was so sweet and genuine. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout which made our last day even more relaxed. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and food was delicious and well made. The adult pool was very relaxing, the kids pool a bit hectic as usual. Overall one of our best hotel experiences in Cyprus.
