Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Parking included. Everything within walking distance. We were lucky that there were not many guests, so no noise from neighbors (if it can be heard at all) and we had the breakfast room for our selves (cannot tell how it would have been with more guests). For us it was the perfect place in the perfect time.

Windows are not soundproof and not airtight.. Can imaging that when it is colder, it can be a bit uncomfortable But the heating was on and with 6 degrees outside is was okay.

Very nice historic family-run hotel. There are many hotels in this town, but the Embassy gives you a fab location- 2 min down from Hotel Pupp. We were fortunate to have a view of the river (rooms ending in 1,2 or 3 have river view) AND parking right outside the hotel's door. Note: There are limited spots there, but evidently there is a free lot a few-minutes walk away. Breakfast was very nice. Had nice dinner at Pizza Roma and lunch at Bernard's Bierhaus.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Indeed everyone of the staff was smiling every time we met. The delicious and fresh made breakfast was a really good start of the day. The hotel is near to the walkway, the the springs and even to the cable-car to the hill too. The restaurant has an external "terasse" on the bridge front of the hotel.

I had nothing to complain. If i had to give an suggestion how to improve the already great breakfast, it would be to add a larger variety of fresh vegetables and maybe a moderner arranging of the foods on the serving table would give a fresh look to the traditional continental breakfast.

The hotel is ideally placed to reach easily all the corners of Karlovy Vary. Near the river and facing the hills, the vue from the room was very nice and relaxing. The room itself was big, clean and quiet even if it faced the street. The breakfast was very tasty, a variety of choices and freshly baked cakes. The staff (at the reception, on the breakfast room) was very friendly and on good mood all the time.

Spacious accomodations with sitting area. Restaurant was very good and seemed authentic. I would eat inside. Few people do and that are a lot of bees that hover around dining outside. This was the case all over town. Free parking in the street out front was great.

Steps to get to elevator. Not many maybe ten, but difficult with bags for myself at 58 and travelling light not a problem, but much more for my mom at 82. There is no air conditioning, but none was described so it was expexted The windows open all the way and it was pleasant. Actually cooler than most rooms we've had with air conditioning.

Even if we spent only one night at this family boutique hotel from Karlovy Vary we enjoyed a lot staying here! Everything was up and beyond our expectation: staff very professional and friendly, elegant rooms with good amenities, tasty breakfast served in a very nice central atrium area, free parking area and hotel close to the other attractions. Highly recommended!

My wife and I loved everything about this hotel! Amazing location, clean, great breakfast, friendly/helpful staff, and a great value.

The parking lot location makes getting to your car a little bit of a hassle, however, it is nice to know your car is in a gated parking lot.

The hotel is more for foreign clientele, but we were satisfied there. The breakfast is rich and above all, there is something for everyone here. We had a room with a view of the colonnade, so again great. Karlovy Vary - colonnade, excellent restaurants ( Špunt&Knoflík, La Hospoda) and of course, the healing water "Becherovka" :-)

Breakfast was great, there was a lot of choice and baked homemade cakes. The location is amazing, close to everywhere. We had a nice view on the main street and river.

Karlovy Vary is famous for the thermal baths and everything is built around that. You can taste for free thermal water from 16 or more thermal sources with healing properties. The hotel Embassy was very lovely, exactly located in the thermal area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has some parking places is in front of it (along the river). The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The room was nice and clean.
