Excellent service and location,the staff are very nice and friendly.

The breackfast is nice, but every time is same,not big choice.

The hotel was perfect combination of modern and classic look. The terrace was cute and quaint with cozy feeling - with a good view. The standard room is spacious and has enough furniture to allow you to organize yourself. The spa is staff by true professionals (however, I believe this is standard for Karlovy Vary) and the wellness area amazing with 5 different saunas. Also, great prices for all services.

The bathrooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh and the wellness area could be a bit bigger and more integrated with the pool.

Location is amazing, very close to all of the attractions. Room and bathroom were both nice, clean and decent size. Pool and the spa area was wonderful. We also got massages and these were great too.

There was no parking on the site, we got recommended a parking garage around 10 minutes walk up the steep hill. My husband has a back injury so the walk was almost impossible for him to make. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant once but didn't really enjoy the food and we had to pay extra for a coffee.

The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a pool and spa. The staff is professional and attentive, providing exceptional service. The restaurant serves a diverse and high-quality menu. We enjoyed our holiday here.

good location on a calm street (at least now). Good treatment options

Poor breakfasts. No packages BB based(eating 2-3 times a day a poor buffet is boring). Last century’s hairdryer in the room-it gets warmed up in 60 sec (yes, I counted) and switches off. you need to wait until it cools and continue then-to make mid length hair dry i needed 30 min. The baths in spa are already rusty. There’s always urina smell in a tepidarium. it feels another renovation is required. Check out lasted 40 min due to only 1 receptionist available. Overpriced! (Imperial costs 30% cheaper)

The spa/wellness area was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast each morning was just what we needed and the hotel itself was very centrally located, easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel has very nice terrace. Also there is a great swimming pool. And there is garage to park a car. Close to city center. Our room had a balcony and great view.

Wellness is excellent, breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable. Saunas are really good.

The staff prefers German or Russian language, English is not their strength, but it’s true for the whole town.

Nice rooms and facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable. Spa area and pool were great, enough for a one or two day relaxation visit. Buffet was yummy, but would have liked more vegetarian and vegan options

Staff was not particularly friendly, maybe would be better with someone who speaks the language. We got by with English and German.
