The staff is just wonderful, really helpful and always with a smile. Apart from that, it is clean and modern. The private spa option is really nice, with dry and wet sauna and jacuzzi. Restaurant is nice and the food tastes good. Breakfast is a standard one, with some usual cold and hot dishes.

There is only one thing I didn't like, namely the location of the hotel. It is quite far from Karlove Vary, going there on foot is about 30 minutes walk. But if you don't mind a walk or just don't care about Karlove Vary, don't hesitate and pick this hotel!

No plant based milk for breakfast, just cow milk.. You need to have vegetarian milk in a 4 star hotel. I asked also the kitchen, they did not have..

The stuff we’re very friendly, we want to upgrade our room and they were very helpful with changing it. We have upgraded room to the best in the hotel, with the terrace, the view was really nice and upgrade worth it.

I would expect that in the best room of the hotel, would be clean, but it wasn’t. The towels were old and felt like some dog was playing with it, cause they were torn. Some bugs were flying in the room and spiders around. And the curtains were dirty, probably someone was killing bugs on it.

A quiet, cosy hotel situated in a small town right outside Karlovy Vary. The top floor suite with a big balcony that we stayed in offers a fantastastic view of the neighbouring area. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts with a variety of choices for all tastes, and the dishes in the restaurant were fantastic. Highly recommendable, especially for couples.

All facilities were clean, staff was nice and spoke English 😊. The Spa was Amazing, they even provide you with lemon water. The fitness room had ping pong (table tennis) and foos ball table (football table, soccer)

I personally think they shouldn't charge for the breakfast and the spa. But definitely didn't disappoint.

we don’t have a car, so for us it was not easy to get there from Karlovy Vary and back, the public bus goes only once an hour/twice an hour depending on the time of the day/week.

Everything was good: rooms are clean and new, breakfast is good, free parking space also a good addition.

One thing that I'd like hotel to improve is the gym. It doesn't meet requirements for the 4 star hotel. The equipment has really bed quality and conditions, it needs to be replaced for the new one.

A bit disappointed because when we booked we thought the price was including some wellness 1 or 2 but wasn’t the case. We had to pay extra for each activity there. Maybe on the website it should be corrected otherwise its blöd 😬

Really good hotel. Evident that it has been refurbished recently. Located somewhat outside the town centre, but because taxis are cheap - and fast :-) - this is not a problem. Good breakfast and good beds.
