Location in the middle of the old town where all interesting things happen. Breakfast was OK, not excessively rich but of very good quality. The room was splendid, very large and comfortable, with a big terrace and the hotel has a wellness area (which we unfortunately didn't have the time to test).

The parking facility of the hotel is 200 m up hill from the hotel. The hotel is situated on a walk-only street, that can't be legally reached by car, so you have to take the risk of being caught by the police by trespassing some signs :)

I had a quiet room high up at the back of the hotel, out of earshot of the generator at ground level. A nice hotel, refurbished in traditional style.

The hotel is in the pedestrian area, so not really accessible by car. The hotel has some parking spaces, but they were taken. The nearest public car park is in the high-rise Thermal building 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel was very well located, which means that you cannot always park there (our capacity was full). The rooms are very nicely styled in an old but modern way, the bed was big. The view from the hotel is amazing.

The room floors could be cleaned a little better, the breakfast was very basic (till 10 but at 9am some things ran out and were not re-filled) and the parking spaces are very limited, we had to park 10 minutes away. The pillows were not suitable for everyone, but still OK.

The location is superb, the interiors remind you of the Art Nouveau period and late baroque.Gets you directly in a good mood.I recommend this hotel

There are a few details that could be improved immediately, but I guess this is the case with every business, especially in this time of year ( February).The choice for breakfast was a bit narrow

Nice Hotel close to the river and the City Center. We had bad luck as the Wellness section was closed. However, found some compensation with help of the friendly receptionist. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was ok with bread, eggs, etc. Missed some non-sugared yoghurt and fruits, though.

Location to tourist destinations

I lost or had stolen my Wallet and credit cards also driving license. Reported to reception on two occasions. Date lost Tuesday morning. Unusual situation while I left the room.

Location, location, scenery!

The parking slot high up in the hill doesn't match with the quality of the hotel. You have to make other arrangements for parking before I can come with a car.

we didn't like the unability of one of the desk staff to solve small problem and lack of capability to explain about the parking rate and pay.

The location of this hotel is incredible, right opposite one of the colonnades. We had booked a room with river views, but due to a technical problem in our room we were moved to a different room - this was an upgrade, essentially a suite. While we didn't get the view, the hotel staff really tried to make up with the size and comforts of the room.

Would have been great to have some warm breakfast options as well.

Breakfast was great on Sunday morning. Way less choices on Monday morning. We booked the spa for one hour for ten euro. It’s just a sauna and a whirlpool but really nice to have the place privately.

Credit card machine was out of service so we had to use an ATM to pay with cash. This incurred a service fee and limited our ability to get cash for the next week.
