We stayed here for one night and arrived pretty early. The room was not ready yet but we could leave our luggage and start exploring the city. The reception was very welcoming, nice and friendly and well prepared. The room itself was clear and comfortable. A bit small but if you use it only for sleeping it was enough space. The location is right in the middle of the main part of the city center. Right where you need to be. The taxi has to drop us off about 800 m away from the hotel as the hotel is located on a walking street where no cars are allowed. But that's not a problem. Getting the taxi to close by next morning was also no problem. We had to leave early in the morning, one hour before the breakfast actually would have started. But we asked on our arrival if we could grab a breakfast bag in the morning but the hotel staff offered to open the breakfast one hour earlier for us. It might not offer all choices, though. We agreed and next morning every was ready when we needed it. From what we could tell there wasn't even anything missing. Friendly staff at the breakfast as well. That's how you make happy customers :)

Great central location, nice rooms that appear recently remodeled, and good breakfast. The staff members were friendly and very helpful with every request or question.

No air conditioning. It was a bit hot at night but helpful to get a fan in the room.

Very well built and maintained. super clean. Minibar was reasonably priced even though we didn’t use it. Nice tea/coffee room open all the time. We booked at the last minute from the train and when we found out reception might be closed by the time we got there, they offered to wait for us. Location couldn’t be better for access to the sights. Fantastic breakfast.

from the moment we arrived the staff were helpful, trying to get our room ready immediately as we had arrived early, offering umbrellas when it started to rain unexpectedly, The whole hotel has the feeling of being very well looked after - immaculate furnishings, spotlessly clean, it's bang in the middle of town, in the pedestrian area, 50m to the stone colonnade. The breakfast (which they allowed us to take early as we had an early train) was delicious - plenty of choice in a lovely dining room.

The hotel was perfect but it is quite a long walk from the station - about 25 minutes.

Since the beginning the receptionist Natalie was very polite and explained to us all the dynamics in detail. The room is very clean and has everything you need, including dryer for your hair and a minibar. The food offer in the morning buffet was delicious and also the service was super polite and attentive. The hotel is perfectly placed in a part of the city were you can start exploring the nicest buildigs to see as it is a few steps away from Marianzke Lanske iii (like literally 1 minute walk). We would definitely stay again.

It would be even more perfectt if there was a pool.

Located right in the very heart of the city center, this cosy hotel offers a perfect price/quality ratio. All the main attractions and locations during major city events such as KVIFF are just in a walking distance. Rooms have large windows, comfy beds and big enough bathrooms that can easily fit two people at once :) Our breakfast was included in the price, and we couldn't be more satisfied with it - varied buffet breakfast offerings accompanied by pleasant staff. Generally we were very happy about our stay.

Well... nothing really. Everything was grand!
