We stayed in the Pastel Suite 3. Perfect space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the proximity to the other side of town (a 20 minute walk but a very pleasant one), the keyless check-in and the general decor of the suite. Our breakfast was included. The bagel lounge turned out to be a great breakfast concept. A bagel plus 1 coffee/tea. Make sure to try the Harmonie restaurant around the corner. Delicious food! I would certainly book here again!

A shame the waiters at the Bagel Lounge couldn’t be more flexible and offer our kids water or juice (instead of coffee) without having to pay extra.

This is very good value for money. Can't believe it is only 3 stars on booking com. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartments were extremely comfortable, with all amenities, spacious, with a very cool home cinema set up where you could watch your favorite movies all night and comfortably home cook your favorite meals in well stocked kitchen. We actually wish we came there for longer for remote working and just enjoyed these nice apartments for few days.

Everything was amazing, very good value for money. We just wish we stayed there longer. Maybe a jar with ground coffee in the kitchen would be nice and the elevator goes to half-floor. Apartment assignment to a higher floor in the elevator would be better because then when you exit it, you walk downstairs, not upstairs, to your apartment.

The quality of the appliances, tv x2, bathroom, washing machine, kitchen equipment etc is all excellent. Perfect for a 4 night stop over to do some washing whilst touring Czech Republic. Would definitely stay again in bigger suite as 13 year old bed was in the kitchen. I didn’t realise this, though it probably explained this when I booked. Staff came in after 2 x days to replenish loo rolls, empty bins and bring clean towels. Excellent!

great rooms, spacious, clean. easy access using code. friendly reception via messenger. breakfast is a coupon to restaurant downstairs with access to breakfast whole day, not only in the morning. received all necessary information in advance - about how to get there, where to park and so on. one of the greatest places ì stayed.

I travelled to Revelton Suites Karlovy Vary with my sister and nephew and we enjoyed both the location and the facility. Apartment was just at the center and they were really kind and caring. Before the check in, I was informed in detailed about the parking, location and the check in was very smooth. We once had difficulty in entering the building and the super kind responsible lady came to help us in just minutes. She even sent us recommendations during our stay. We recommend the apartment to everyone.

Perfect location, a bit outside of the main tourist area, but still surrounded by several shops and restaurants. All the attractions are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The apartment looked very new and well maintained, equipped with everything you need, just keep in mind that is has no air conditioning.

We had some problems with the pin pad to enter the building, we called the help line, and the lady didn't really speak English.

Nice central situated apartment, close to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Very uncomplicated and contactloss way of getting the card for the apartment. Apartment prepared on time and clean. In the kitchen you will find all necessary things to prepare breakfast or supper. However the arrangement of the kitchen with a kind of big counter is not our preference. Additionally everytime you want to do something in the kitchen itself, you need to go around it. In the bathroom you have everything that is necessary, even the slippers for the whole family. However the shower needs slowly the renovation, there is still courtin, which we find not very useful and esthetic. We liked the building in which is the apartment. There is a lift and nice staircase. Generally nice place to stay in when you visit Karlovy Vary.

Everything extraordinary! Information on time, easy access, luxury apartament, very comfortable and very good equipped. Parking nearby. Fantastic breakfast in a restaurant on ground floor with discount price. Very good location! We will be back! Fantastic for families with kids.

Located right in the city center with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean and well equipped with things for cooking/ laundry/cleaning. Sofa bed fits 2 adults. Easy self check-in/out.

Meter street parking is available nearby (free overnight) but could be hard to find a spot. The pillows were a little flat.

Great communication with the staff and reception online for our special requests. We have even prolonged our stay for one more day. The apartments are spacious, clean, very well equipped, the location is great. Parking available for lowered price for revelton guests. Would 100% recommend!
